This place is great! Having two kids with busy schedules, I’m not one to book far in advance so I’ve ended up in different stylists’ chairs. I can be picky about my cut and never leave disappointed. Remy, Jenn, and Brooke are three wonderful ladies I’ve had the pleasure of receiving services from. Remy did a creative color of purple bayalage on my grey hair during the summer. Otherwise I just stop in for a cut and blow dry.

I can’t say enough good things about Ashlee B. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made me feel so comfortable. My haircut is flawless and fits me perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ll definitely be back!

Alexis is incredibly talented. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me options but ultimately I left it up to her professional opinion based on the overall look. Alexis gave me my exact vision of what I wanted. She genuinely exceeded my expectations. She really knows what she's doing. I am SO GRATEFUL! My hair has literally never looked better in my whole life! 20 out of 10 amazing! I can't wait to celebrate my birthday weekend looking and feeling like a million bucks

Was my first visit to Cre8. Definitely will not be my last. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Very friendly and courteous staff, very clean and a great atmosphere. Alexis was my stylist and she is fantastic! Took her time, made suggestions and also listened to mine. I was very nervous as this was my first haircut in years and was going from super long to short, but she jumped right in and her enthusiasm immediately set me at ease. Definitely recommend Cre8 !

Paid OVER $600 for my hair to look the WORSE it’s ever looked, I’m seriously embarrassed to go out in public. Stylist was a "level 4" stylist. She was only offering to either darken it more which makes no sense when it would just be the color I walked in with or put more lightener in it but have to cut more of my hair, she knew I didn’t want my hair cut at all and already cut 5 inches off of it at my appointment so felt like she only gave the two options I wouldn’t opt for. I asked for a lived in blonde and had naturally brown hair that was platinum blonde before it grew out. I know my hair can get bright blonde before the reply back states my hair was too dark. I honestly cannot believe I paid so much for my hair to look like it was done at a cheap hair salon.. I even stated to her before starting that if she thinks it will be brassy/orange not to even start and she assured me that the toner would make it blonde. I’m so angry and disappointed. Do not believe their website either stating they will fix it if you’re not satisfied, I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and get no reply. TO YOUR REPLY CRE 8- OH OKAY, so now I’m being accused of lying about the timing of the photo. I’ll attach the time stamp of the photo since you want to accuse me of the photos not matching.. My hair has never been ORANGE in my life and the fact that you are stating that the photo is different than the one sent is comical. I run multiple establishments and never seen such unprofessionalism than this salon. There was no "discount" that you sent me for the mess up, the discount I received was the discount of $20 for the mess up on YOUR business end originally when I had a appointment and you guys cancelled it within 20 minutes of the appointment arrival time and upon reviewing my receipt I never received the discount and had to ask of it 3 times before receiving it… and I sent a email to that exact email 2 times WITHOUT a response. If you really cared about your cliental you would have reached out via email or phone call immediately to solve the issue- but again unprofessional. You are just trying to revive the issue by creating a false narrative like everything is my fault and none of the salon. Unbelievable!!!!

Alexa and Emma are the dream team. Alexa does an amazing job on highlight color corrections. I went to her initially for a major fix. She does amazing highlights and styling. She always keeps my pixie styled just perfectly. Emma does a great job as an associate for Alexa. Her shampoo and conditioning are on point with great scalp care. My daughter is now also her client. Never leaving!!
