My granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to one of their associates (Mia) who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to answer all our questions, explained products thoroughly, and showed so much patience throughout our visit. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable and kind she was. Customer service like this makes such a difference—thank you Mia for making our shopping experience so pleasant. We definitely will be back to this location (Camarillo)!

I stopped by this location this evening in hopes to find new makeup products that work for my skin. I haven’t wore a full face of makeup in almost 3 years so I felt like I was out of the game for some time. I was approached by beauty advisor Suzy in which I had plenty of questions. She took her time & gave me product recommendations, color matched & helped me with trying out new concealers & foundations. She was very patient & tentative with my request & took the time to get to know me & my skin. I walked away with numerous items she recommended. I would definitely ask for her if you need help while visiting this location. Thank you for all your help Suzy!

Suzy was the best and helped us out on Valentine’s Day with all our needs even doing a full face for my wife. We got everything we needed and more because of her.

Came here the other day to help my mom get new foundation. Suzy got her shade matched, she was super helpful and very sweet. Even gave her extra tips for how to use the primer we got with the foundation. Will not hesitate to ask her for help the next time we go and she’s there.

If you need a blow out, go see Mallory. She was fantastic. From the shampoo (amazing!) to the finished product, she does an outstanding job. If I lived a little closer I'd book her twice a week!

I had the worst experience ever. I have gone to ulta many times to get my eyebrows done. This last weekend was the worst experience ever. My appointment was changed to a different girl then I booked with. It was changed to Evelin O. She was straight up rude. Rush through the whole thing. You could tell she didnt want to be waxing. She was super rough. As a result left a scar that is still there 4 days later. When I go to ulta I expected more. I am so disappointed and WILL NOT be getting waxed by her again.

Every time I have been in the salon, which I always book an advance, they tell me they don’t have enough time to do the services I want and charge way more than listed. I got 2 calls The day of my appointment saying that they needed to change my time and associate. They did a terrible job on my highlights, which grew out in a week.
