New to the area, in search of a new stylist, and wanted to come in for just a haircut before booking an appointment for my color. I called and the girl on the phone was super friendly and helpful, she booked me the same week which i was pleasantly surprised but i got in and the place was so cute! Its all decked out for Christmas and the girl at the front was super nice, offered me a glass of wine and all. My hair cut is great, she didnt take too much off, i just wanted a trim and some face framing layers, she really listened and helped me purchase some product up front for my previous damaged bleach job. Will definitely be booking to get my color fixed in the future after the holidays. So glad i came across this place, searching for a new salon in a new are is so daunting but this place was such a solid find!

Ive debated whether or not to write this review for a couple months because the work my stylist did was beautiful. There was a bit of miscommunication the first time and i was unhappy with the result and she fixed it at no charge for me. Her professionalism in her art of hair is 10/10. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and she showed up 2 minutes late and honestly she wasnt very warm or welcoming as the women in the front desk. I think she may just be too comfortable working there bc who does that? She seemed like maybe she had a bad morning or something cause she was standoffish but very lighthearted with the nearby stylists. Im in need of a touch up with my hair but i wont be returning because it just doesnt seem like the place for me personally, i asked her questions about how i should take care of it and she was honestly 0 help didnt recommend any products or anything. Not totally stuck up but not very welcoming and i was honestly trying to be as nice and quiet in hopes of maybe getting somewhere with her i even tipped her in hopes of getting somewhere but no :/ i wish i remembered her name i got my hair done in may full highlights and she gave me a cut and honestly it felt like a rip off because she literally just trimmed it and didnt do much but i felt uncomfortable to say anything. She had reddish hair at the time, tall, and white. I will be looking elsewhere for my hair where i wont feel so uncomfortable because the price and the work was worth it for the color but yah i felt like she had just mean girl vibes.

I have tried to give this salon a chance numerous times. While the environment is nice, the hair stylists don’t seem to have any consideration for other people’s schedules. On three separate occasions, by three different stylists, I’ve had my appointment canceled and asked to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. They need to understand that people have schedules as well and it is very poor service to do this to their customers. Is it fair to require their customers to give at least 3 days notice or face a cancellation fee, but don’t hold themselves accountable for their part as well? I will never go back here again. I know I’m not the only one they’ve done this to so beware before you book an appointment.

10/10 experience, the front desk is so nice on the phone when i called in to book. I cant say enough lovely things about the entire experience. As soon as you walk in the door, the girls offer you something to drink, the atmosphere is so cute, everything's decorated so nicely. It was such a treat. I was just driving by and saw the salon, decided to call and i'm so glad. It was my first hair appointment since moving to the area and having my first baby. This appointment meant more to me than they could know. I'm so appreciative and will definitely be back. I love my hair so much, one of the first times i've gotten a hair cut and actually loved it (I wish i could remember my stylist's name!!!) The hair wash was so relaxing and everything seemed so high-end, my stylist asked me questions about my hair and regimen, she used products she really thought would benefit me and explained the products she was using and why she chose them for me. I left feeling so beautiful. Every step from booking to walking out the door felt personal and thoughtful. Best experience I've had in a salon, I can't recommend them enough XOXOXOX

Really lovely space and aestheticians. My spouse said Michal gave me the "best haircut I've ever gotten," if that gives a sense for the quality. Thanks, Michal! Both her and the front desk were also very attentive in offering water, tea, coffee, or a cocktail. The interior is highly curated, with a lovely bohemian+vintage+modern look, with lots of plants, golden mirrors, terrazzo, brass, and a neutral+blush palette. I'll definitely be referring my family and friends!

REALLY impressed. From the time I arrived til the time I left I was treated like a queen. Lexi spent a great amount of time with me discussing solutions for my horribly damaged hair. Thereafter proceeded to provide beautiful color and great haircut. THANK YOU!

TLDR: Decor was basic but cute, service was awful. I really wanted to love this place and was so excited for this hair cut appointment but it would be remiss of me to not express how I felt after this appointment and even sleeping on it. From the very beginning I was having a lot of issues booking an appointment on the website, and calling and no answering. The voicemail greeting said they were closed due to Covid but I was confused because I saw recents posts on the salon Instagram. I proceeded to message the IG account and also did not receive a response. Finally, my sister sent me the owner info to DM her and I was able to book my appointment. The day of the appointment came. I don't know if the owner (who I booked my appointment with) was having a bad day, or was upset I was 10 minutes late or that her assistant wasn't available to help her, but regardless of the issue it wasn't the warm, friendly welcome I was expecting for being a new client. When I say this was the quickest hair cut of my life, my goodness. I was in and out of there in about an hour, and I don't mean that in a good way. My hair was quickly washed, and then I was told that it was washed 3 times due to the build-up from my curly hair products. Again, this is the quickest wash I've ever had in my life and I feel like if there was an issue with build up it was most likely due to the lack of attention in a proper wash. Next was the cut. Even after the initial spray of detangler or whatever was used, my hair had a few knots. Instead of adding more detangler spray to help lessen the tugging, it just continued. The first tug, ok, the second, annoying, but the third tug was like wow. Then the blow dry proceeded to have a dry hair cut. Pretty basic of a haircut even though I specifically said I wanted some layers and and my bangs again to lighten my hair at the beginning of the consultation. Once the cut ended and I was asked if there was anything else I needed cut, I said my bangs because I still did not have any. She fixed that up and left it and at that. I didn't even realize we were done with everything until she began to remove the robe and told me she would be waiting for me to check out. I was shocked because my hair was not styled, I was never asked how I liked it styled, or given any hand mirror or anything to ask if I was happy with the cut. I'm used to being asked how I liked my hair at the end of the cut and how I like it styled, whether straight or curled/waves and it was simply blown out. Not even a finishing serum or spray was added to help with the frizz. The most shocking part is that I had this appointment with the owner and I really expected this to be a more positive experience as a new client. Heck, I was hoping to even come back and have my hair colored here. I also mentioned how depending on how the appointment would go, I was going to recommend my sister to be a client as well who was equally excited about this salon. Honestly, I felt like the priority was to get me out of there as quickly as possible and make sure she had time to attend to her Dad who was her next appointment and get to lunch rather than providing a fun, exciting experience getting my hair done. This just really bothered me and I did have to take the time to write this review. Unfortunately, I won't be returning nor did I recommend to any of my sisters or mom to ever go there. Not worth the $120 I paid for a basic cut with no styling.
