Noelle went above and beyond. I arrive for my appointment and unfortunately they didn’t have the supplies to do my red hair. So she asked me to wait 10 minutes and she went to the store to get what she needed. Throughout the entire visit she had this aura of positivity, and was really easy to talk to. After about a year of drifting stylist to stylist, I finally found someone that truly listened to what I was looking for. She absolutely nailed the color! I told her that it looked absolutely amazing and I was so glad that I had my beautiful red hair back.

I have been coming here for years. Maria has always taken care of my haircuts. I go in and she does an amazing job and knows exactly what I'm looking for. I moved from Camarillo to the Valley but I still make my way out to see her. The place is clean and the prices are great. They are super friendly and once my baby is ready for his first haircut I will be bring him in to see the girls. 💖

This is my new favorite hair place. I was a walk-in haircut and was greeted and taken back immediately. Hallie did such an awesome job and nailed exactly what I asked for on the first try. She was quick, friendly, and professional. To top things off, this place is so affordable! I will certainly be coming back here for future hair needs!

I called to ask for a recommendation on which haircutter(s) would be more detail-oriented and careful explaining that I didn't have the best result in the past. The woman who answered said she would not do that and that I might want to find another place to get my hair done. I called back to ask her name and she identified herself as Holly, the owner. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as she suggested. The owner has been closeminded and dismissive both in her phone call with me and her comment to my post, thus providing poor customer service. My experiences were as follows. 1) a hair color different than what I asked for; I asked for blonde but not too light. After the color was applied I said it looked dark and asked the stylist what color it was thinking perhaps it was the lighting in the shop; she said light brown. I went to another place to fix it and it looked much better. 2) I went in for a haircut with a different stylist, had an appt and the haircutter was busy with another customer; she took me 15 minutes late, no apologies, no "hello", greeting or friendliness of any kind. I asked for a simple cut, rounded in the back and angled on the sides. It didn't look like that was done, but when I asked her about it she confirmed she had done what I asked. I did my best to fix it myself when I got home. That is why I asked for a recommendation on which haircutter(s) would be more detail-oriented and careful. If the owner had not been dismissive and impolite, I would not have felt the need to add to the other one-star reviews from people who had similar experiences to mine. To say that all her stylists are phenomenal is clearly untrue. The owner even acknowledges instances of poor service provided in her response to other one-star reviews.

We took our son here to get his first haircut at 2 years of age and it was a great experience! Valerie was so easy-going and relaxed with our son. He didn't even mind the whole time her working on his hair. I highly recommend this place, especially for little kids.

Nina cut our son’s hair. It was his first haircut and he is 15 months old. W were nervous to see how it was gonna go, but it was the best experience. We were in and out within 10 mins. There is a play area up front for the kids. We were able to bring a toy carrot to the chair to keep our son distracted. It worked like a charm! No tears were shed. Nina was so fast and his hair came out so so cute. Nina gave us an envelope to save some of his hair for memories. Thank you guys!!

Hallie is amazing! Been going for over 25 years! Everyone there is fantastic. They treat their clients with honesty and respect. There are places that charge way more for the excellent service you receive at Family Fun Cuts.
