I came in with my family searching for a wig and we left with a very good experience and great purchase. The store felt very welcoming and the staff was very patient and knowledgeable. Nadia (not certain on the spelling) helped us find the best choice based on our needs and was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this store for anybody searching for wig/hair products. Even if you find a style you like but wand it in a different color, they can order it for you.

Nice selection of hair styles, lengths and colors. Price points vary depending on the quality of the hair, synthetic, mix or all natural. Just keep this in mind when looking for your piece. They will assist you to find something in your price range. I was looking for something funky and wild for a wig night with my girlfriends. Very helpful and they also added extra clips to my piece to hold it in place. They even added a new clip to my bangs hairpiece that was broken. Tip: You can try on all the wigs you want for a small flat fee. If you make a purchase that same visit, your fee is waived.

This is my second time purchasing a wig from here. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professional. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through their selection of high-quality wigs. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My wig looks so natural that my friends couldn’t even believe it wasn’t my real hair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wig that feels and looks amazing!

I purchased a supposed human hair topper paid $1000 for it which I found out is very overpriced. Received it and went to style and trim when before I could say anything she cut the bang so short it totally messed up the style then she just chopped with no rhyme or reason I was devastated. It was horrible. Of course I had already paid up from so I was stuck with it . I never wore it because it looks terrible. I dont think shes a hairdresser . I will never go back there again For one overpriced and lack of knowledge of styling. I lost $1000 And they lost a customer

My girlfriend and I came in today because she has started chemo and was very concerned about finding something that suited her and felt natural. We made an appointment and we were lucky to have Natalie as our stylist. She took so much time with her and knew exactly what she needed as far as highlights and low lights, length, and style. Her patience and skill were top notch. The selection of wigs was amazing and she came away with two choices that she loved. Thank you for your time, care, and expertise!

Ok, it doesn’t look like some high-end store from the outside. Its a little bit dated inside, and both times we came in there were no customers (at first). It has a sleepy vibe. But that means one-on-one attention and no appointment necessary. There is a long vanity with several chairs where you can try on wigs (with staff assistance.) the cost to try on is $10. They have a lot of wigs to choose from and I have to say, the owner, who helped us knew exactly what color and style my mom, who is 85, would look good in and as it happened it was exactly the color and style she had in mind. They give you a choice between natural hair and artificial and frankly I couldn’t tell the difference, artificial hair has come so far. My mom opted for real hair. So first she tried on a few very simar styles until we all agreed on the one we liked best. Then she tried on a few different blond colors until we found the best one. At that point the owner informed us that a brown, natural hsir wig would be sent in to be bleached to match the color we chose, and cut to the style. Then 5 days later she would come back and be fitted with it. At that time the owner, Jennifer, would take her back to a hair cutting station and cut and curl it to fit her face and preferences. I was really impressed by Jennifer’s talent. She’s a true artist and while I’m sure she would do whatever the customer wanted, I feel like her "eye" and her judgment is infallible. Even if you walked in there not knowing what you wanted, i have no doubt that you would leave totally happy with the final resukt and feeling beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone. As we were leaving there were a lot of people in the store so business ebbs and flows. But every customer who purchases gets the owners full attention and ability from start to Finish.

I purchased a wig here in anticipation of shaving my head with my best friend, who is undergoing chemotherapy. Jennifer was amazing, so kind, and very helpful when it came to teaching us how to care for our wigs. She was also very patient with us as we tried (and retried) various styles. Communication was great, the wigs arrived on time, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you!
