Su is amazing! She always treats my daughter with great care and attention to detail. Her consistent Malibu treatments and color have made my daughter’s hair more manageable, sleek, and stylish. I cannot recommend her enough!

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! My daughter left work early for this hair appointment. We showed up for an appointment for my daughter’s hair—virgin hair that’s never been colored before. The stylist that she was booked with did not show up and so a different stylist, Mary, agreed to do my daughter’s hair. My daughter’s requests were a few small blonde highlights only half way through like if you put your hair a quarter/half up —and natural looking. As you can see in the picture her hair literally looks like tiger stripes. Orange, big, thick, highlights that bled as you can see and all throughout her hair. When we walked up to pay, the receptionist could blatantly see we were unhappy and my daughter started crying so much I had her go wait in the car. My daughter who has NEVER had her hair colored literally started crying..and cried the whole way home (45 mins). She cancelled her Friday birthday party and also the following morning was her birthday & Father’s Day and she wouldn’t leave the house. I paid— $200….yes, my mouth fell to the floor. They charged her $50 for a TRIM, an inch if even off, $20 extra for having long hair & $130 for the foils. I didn’t want to pay it…but there was no manager on, so thought I’d call them on Mon/Tues to tell them what happened and thought they'd give me a refund…like, c’mon look at her hair. I finally got ahold of Lynn the manager on Tuesday afternoon. She didn’t show any compassion or empathy. She said they’d ‘fix’ her hair, but my daughter’s not stepping back in those doors. Such a traumatic experience for a first time color to a 16 year old girl. By the time I talked to the manager we brought my daughter in to get her hair fixed else where—who felt so immensely bad that they squeezed her in ontop of their other clients. The manager Lynn was very dismissive, and said, ‘we don’t do refunds’…like what? I’m literally appalled. She finally agreed to give me the ‘credits onto my account’, for me. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years to Lorna who does amazing and now we encounter literally the worst experience and customer service from the manager. So, I ended up spending much more on her hair than I ever should have. $130 x 3 sessions to just get the orange tiger stripes out of her hair without ruining it. -virgin hair -stylist not showing up -new stylist completely ruining virgin hair -ongoing treatments 1-3 more now to fix my daughters hair that will never be the same now. These treatments are $130 a piece. Hello..wake up. This is NOT okay. I feel so terrible for my daughter.

Amazing experience. My daughter decided to go for an Ombre hairstyle. We love the results. Aaron is the best! He is so professional and experienced hairstylist. Great job! All the best!

Saw Rejoice a master stylist. I was lucky enough to get a walk-in appointment with this gem! First of all, the absolute BEST head massage and thorough wash I've ever had. Second, I asked for a corrective color and Rejoice after completing the color - pointed out that her choice was too cool for my skin tone. She spent another 45 minutes clarifying my hair (no extra charge), and the end result was gorgeous. I can't recommend her enough.

I was just there with my son to get a haircut with Crystal. She was amazing! She treated my son with kindness and with so much patience! Definitely coming back again. My son also said he enjoyed it way more than other places! Thank you so much!

I called and scheduled a woman’s haircut. My hair is a very short pixie. When I arrived no one was at the front for a while. Then a front desk employee rudely asked what I was there for. I told her I had an appointment. She didn’t ask my name or anything. She just said "ok they will get you" then she walked away. The stylist did come. She was very aloof. She asked what I’d like done. I showed her a picture of a women’s pixie cut. She just walked away and said hold on. Then she came back and says she doesn’t do clipper cuts and doesn’t know why I was scheduled. She asked if I wanted to come in later with someone else who could. I declined. The only reason they are getting a 2 star is because the stylist offered me an alternative solution. But, with the negative attitude from everyone in there I was just ready to leave. Total waste of time.

My first & my last time getting my hair cut at this location and by this company. Had a horrible experience there. Did a dry cut on me and spent less than 15 minutes….so bizarre. I looked around the room and saw not one customer was receiving the dry cut. Seemed like the lady who cut my hair was even in charge of the place. What a joke!!! Extremely RUDE, never introduced herself and at the end not even once looked at me and said thank you but proceeded to look down at her scheduling book and talking to the cashier while the cashier was trying to finishing up my transaction. I regretted giving her a very generous tip. She deserved ZERO tip.
