Ali at Kalu has been cutting and coloring my hair for years! She always listens to exactly what I’m looking to do and makes the vision come to life while keeping little to no damage, even when bleaching. She’s very knowledgeable about what she does and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

First time visiting KaLu and met Katie. I was open to all her suggestions for a new style for my hair and my outcome was amazing!! I’m so happy and will be back!

Everyone in our party had a great time and were very happy with the services they got! So nice to be treated to such good service! We felt pampered and content! Thanks to all the hard working women at Kalu Salon and Spa! They are rockstars!

My 1st visit to this salon was in February of this year. My sister who lives out of town randomly chose it from the Internet to schedule a pedicure for both of us as a birthday gift for me! Unfortunately I cannot recall who took care of us that visit but they were both wonderful! I decided to treat myself to another pedicure a few months later and booked with Erin. She did a wonderful job and I told her I'd be back in a few more months and would like to do colors to match my son's baseball uniforms since we'd be going out of state to a tournament. I went for my 3rd visit yesterday thinking she'd just help me pick the colors that matched. I showed her a picture of my son in his uniform and she told me she had an idea so I let her run with it. His uniform features the Buffalo city skyline which Erin painted onto my big toes in a color scheme that matched his team colors. I am absolutely in awe of the detail and amount of creativity and hard work she put in! It looks fabulous and it will be so much fun for the tournament. I have 100% found a new place to go for pedicures from now on. Erin is the best!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon today! My hairstylist Ali was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took her time to listen to my concerns and requests, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairstylist!
