I was very disappointed with the quality of the hairstyle I received. The results did not reflect the price I paid and honestly were not worth even $25. The style lacked neatness and durability, and overall did not meet professional standards. Based on my experience, I will not be returning for future services. What made it worse is that I was enjoying a nice day with my daughter, only to go home with a hairstyle I now have to consider taking out. It’s heartbreaking and frustrating to feel taken advantage of. Based on my experience, this shop should not be open with the level of quality and professionalism displayed. I will not be returning and hope others take caution before booking. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in quality and consistency for future clients.

I saw the comment someone else made about the price being greater than the service, but I went there anyway because I had a 4 hour wait period while I was downtown and wanted to use the time to quickly braid my hair. I requested simple cornrows straight down with my natural hair. I was billed an exuberant amount for cornrows that are not presentable to carry in public. After I protested, they reduced the bill by 35% which was still too high for the service I got. Overall, it's a beautiful salon and everyone was nice but I will not go back there. Anyone who can afford their high prices should check it out!

Hair To Go Natural is a beautiful Pleasent Professional Place to Go. This Beauty Salon is Unisex and Has a Barber on deck. Get the style you want for any for the occasion you want Come here.. Mrs. Althea I hope I spelled your name right, and the staff is knowledgeable about the hair the quality and the wait time is great with fair prices. The salon experience was great at its best for my daughter's first time going to a hair salon. I thank the management for making this a wonderful great experience for me and my daughter Snow White... Have a beautiful blessed day Mrs. Claudia White 🥰❤️

They can't style hair and they charge you for a 1 day hair do. It is a waste of time and money to go to this place. No the guy named Charles can't cut hair either!! This is their work. Look at the picture $85 for a wash and retwist and a $35 hair cut....what a waste!! Never again darling

They have amazing hair stylists. However my overall experience with them has been okay. They do a good job but their customer service could be better. I got cornrows from them before and my hair was slightly shorter than it is now. I recently went back to get cornrows again and they said my hair was too short (the photo on the left is of cornrows from my first time going to the salon.) Now they claim that my hair is too short for cornrows. So they suggest box braids which are triple the price of cornrows. Since, I had to drive half an hour to get to Hair to Go Natural, I decided to go for it without realizing how much the price would be. They did a good job but I do not trust them to run an honest business. I think they will lie to you so they can suggest a more expensive hair do. I just went to Head Quarters Design Studio today, and I got the cornrows I wanted and my hair was not too short. I would recommend Hair to Go Natural. They do a good job but I don't think they are always honest nor provide the greatest experience.

I’m allergic to the braiding hair. I used the apple cider vinegar as recommended to rise my hair the next day it was still itching. Unfortunately, this is my second time trying it so it must be the hair. I guess I can’t return. Update I’m getting bumps in the back of my head near the neck next to the braid and my hair is itching and getting white stuff in it that look like lint. I’ll be taking my 230 dollar braids out. Five days after taking my braids out pictures below

I went to hair to go natural to get kinky twists. It was my first time at this establishment. It was a great experience the owner colored my hair and advise me about the breakage. Isaiah went in the back with Teresa who did my kinky twist. She was very professional and very good at what she did. I love my hair. And we'll be going back.
