Great Clips

This location sucks at cutting hair. I had a drop fade to the scalp and its like she didn't listen to a word I said. The top is uneven and looks weird. It wasn't faded to the scalp, and I have a bald spot on the side of my head. The womwn who cut my hair talk about how her husband is terminally ill. When I went to pay i tipped and its like she knew the cut was shit. She couldn't look me in my eye when I payed and TIPPPED her due to the sob story about her husband that probably isn't real. If you're too lazy to do a go fund me then don't take extra cash from your struggling clients. And if you are going to guilt trip your customers into tipping at least to a decent job on the cut. It was a thick white women with blue eyes. Short brown hair then dropped to her shoulders

Went on 12/21/25 around 5pm. Didn't catch the young lady's name who helped me out but I'm really grateful to her. Had just come from a barbershop who gave me a bad cut. Explained my situation and asked if she could help me out. She fixed me up and gave me the haircut I was looking for in the beginning. Will definitely be coming back thanks to the great customer service.

Unfortunately, this time I had a stylist that was more interested in lunch, or taking a break as she cut my hair in less than 6 minutes. No sectioning of hair nothing. Just a quick, blunt cut. Usually, they do a good job. So, just be aware. Rather disappointing. UPDATE: CUT IS A NIGHTMARE! JUST HANGS LIKE A LIMP RAG!

The girl was really sweet, but oh holy when I started touching my hair afterwards, I started getting a pit in my stomach. It’s extremely choppy and uneven. Like, I’ve done better at-home haircuts on myself during the pandemic, but get nervous about the back looking good. Turns out I could do a better job cutting the back of my own head. I’m going to have to try to fix it myself now 😵‍💫💀 Supposed to be straight ends with some light layering and face framing, this is step ladder choppy with the layer backwards in places (shorter underneath longer pieces laying on top) and some pieces way longer then others. Honestly pretty sad, as I had about 10 inches cut off, only to have it look bad.. at least I wanted it this short and I’m not the girl who posted with very long hair who got an even more extremely choppy layering job. That looks devastating. It is worse when I run my finger through it and feel the chopped sections ☹️ I would not come back even for a simple trim, I’d rather take my chances watching Brad Mondo on YouTube tell me what to do at home myself.

I went to go get a small trim and a thinning. I even talked to the woman doing my hair and told her how I just wanted a very small trim, just enough to cut the dead ends off. And I strictly said no layering since the last time I got my hair layered by you it turned out terrible and choppy. When she was done she cut about 4 INCHES OFF! and layered my hair when I strictly told her no layering.

I went in for a trim and add some layers. The right side is great! The left side, not so much. She totally forgot to add in the layers to match the right side. Now, I’m going to pay another stylist to fix what I paid for yesterday. 🤬

We joined the online waiting list to maximize our time and when my husband & son arrived at the salon they were told they needed to wait 40 more minutes. This is exactly what we were trying to avoid.
