From the moment I came in the store I was greeted from a nice young man who introduced me to Kim. She was so nice polite and was very professional. She assisted me in finding the products I was looking for, she made sure I had the exact products I was looking for and even sat me down on one of the chairs and applied the make up and concealer so I could see it for myself and she made sure that I was happy with the results. She made me feel so very comfortable and made sure that I was satisfied with what I was going to. Purchase. Thank you Kim for your kindness,for the time you spent with me,and for giving me hope that there are still many generous people in this world. God bless you.

I had a great experience at this Ulta. I was having issues with a product and I first went to the Ulta in Harlingen. They were pretty rude and did not help me. I then spoke to Manny at this location and they were very kind and helpful. I would also like to express my appreciation to Lorena as well and she was also very kind and patient. I will be making the drive over here now instead of Harlingen

I attended the store today with my mother in the hopes of finding skin care and makeup for herself. With the help of Sales Manager Chris we were able to obtain all the products she was looking for! Not only did he take his time but went above and beyond to explain each step of the process and why it helped her dry skin. Showed great products to target my mother redress in skin with the before and after. I would highly recommend Chris for any beauty products or general help. Additionally , the store was clean and organized and restocked with all products I needed. I really do prefer Ulta than Sephora due to friendliness and cleanliness.

I love their hairstylist! Vanessa and Marian are wonderful! They are good with kids, and adults. Great customer service. This is my new to go place for haircuts, formal styles and makeup.

Patricia at Ulta Beauty in Brownsville TX, Was so helpful and kind. My phone wasn’t working and she went out of her way to help me out. I really appreciate her kindness. The line was busy and she was happy and helpful. Hope she see’s this comment.

Was disappointed today with Ulta. I went in looking for a foundation and older lady asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a foundation and she offered two one I was allergic to so then I showed her the foundation I was using and it’s a high end foundation that is not available at Ulta. She looked at it and said oh that kinda foundation can be found on the other side of the store. But if you want another one you can go down there and look at the other one I told you. I was Wowed that she didn’t even offer to help. So my business went to the other make up store in town..

I went in to get my hair colored. When doing it she said my ends were dry and needed a cut so I listened and told her to cut so and so and showed her how much to cut. She listened the first cut and I have to say I’m so disappointed because she went back in after the hair color was washed off. I do not like layers in my hair so I asked for an even blunt cut. She asked if I wanted framing layers but I said no because I don’t want layers in my hair. But she literally did nothing for my hair. Idk why stylists always cut more than asked. She also left my hair so uneven. I have never experienced where blunt cut means the front pieces are longer than the back. You would think you would even it so it doesn’t look bad which many hair stylists have done for me in the past, even with a blunt cut because to me that means an even layer of hair! I was also disappointed at the fact that I would think you would want me looking my best walking out the salon but I walked out with a mess of tangled antiquated curls and my hair frizzy because she didn’t blow dry it correctly. I have nothing against the girl but honestly so disappointing because I really liked her as a person. The hair color was close to what I asked but I asked for less red in the color and I felt like it still looked burgundy when I left. I’m just upset because my hair is so choppy and now I had to cut it myself to even and now it’s even shorter than what I wanted. I provided a pic of my hair before and what I needed up.
