She knows which products will fit your hair type. If you need an adjustment or get back on the beauty track come to Unique , Alenne knows how fix and repair your hair. They cater to both adults and children. The prices are very reasonable and they have added a barber to the shop so this is a one stop for my girls and son. Considerate to last minute appointments. They lady who braiding does nice work.

I've never had any hair service completed, but her skin care products are excellent along with other fashionable items. Alene and staff are exceptional. They exhibit great customer service skills. If you get your hair done here, you'll look beautiful just like everyone in this shop. I got my hair done yesterday, they took their time and patience to do my hair and they gave me a beautiful ombre mixed knotless box braids...perfect for the spring & summer. It took them 5 hours to do my hair but it turned out beautiful with the set price of $250. This review is for me and my peer, who came to the salon, bright and early in the morning we both were on time, THE STORE WASNT EVEN OPENED, mind you, SHE WAS THE ONE WHO SET THE APPOINTMENT and she came in a whole HOUR later. She took 4 people before me mind you I was the FIRST one there. She shaved part of my hair without permission and after this hair appointment SKIN IRRITATION OCCURRED. Mind you I have NO allergy to ANYTHING. Allen was very disrespectful taking about other people behind others back. DO NOT go here… this was absolutely a NIGHTMARE.

I have been going to Unique hair design for years, Alene is the best with perfect customer service, great products, the salon is clean and spacious. Definitely a referral for Brooklyn. Your hair will thank you later!

STAY AWAY Went to this salon to get my hair washed followed by styling with twists. Came home with my hair undone, half had fallen out and I am now recovering from the bald spots and burns all over my scalp. I am not sure as to what was used in my hair but I would not recommend going here. One of the stylists even came rushing to pour milk in my hair after the stylist who did my hair had something processing in it too long. I literally just came for my hair to be washed and twisted😑 never thought I would experience this.
