I love leaving reviews but not like these! I booked my appointment with Giselle three weeks ago! I mean I was hyped! Sent an email regarding my consultation and didn’t hear anything. Three days before my appointment someone text me to change the time to 8hrs earlier. I was okay with that. (I’m flexible/ I’m considerate of other people’s needs!!!) I mentioned I didn’t have a consultation because I got no response and asked if I should resend. The assistant said no and said send a picture. The day BEFORE my appt she decides to cancel. We could have consulted any time in between there but I wasn’t given that option. The reason was because my hair was already colored but I got the referral from a friend who was already colored when she started with her. She could have even asked me to come in at 8 for the consultation but it was just a non remorseful cancel no reschedule after I was able to accommodate her schedule. I just didn’t get that part because I attempted to reach out. I understand as a professional most won’t just do any color, but as business owners is it not important to administer customer service? I know she doesn’t need my money because she’s amazing at what she does , but I’m writing this review in hopes that if a stylist is this way with their policy and potential clients they show some type of empathy. It’s been a rough year for everyone.

Love, Love, Love this place. The owner is pleasant and knowledgeable like alll the stylists there. I initially starting going there because Giselle was working there. Now, I'm a bald baddie and I go yo master barber Shawn who is worth Every Penny!

There is almost always a long wait for Giselle, but she is a master at cutting and styling so it might be worth your time...you decide. And while you wait, the salon looks and smells great and there's always good music I got wash, deep treat and style for pixie cut

Gosh. I don't know where they are getting their covid 19 policies and guidelines from but for so many stylist this salon will not work during the pandemic. Waiting outside if stylist are running over is a no. Especially in winter months. Booking is so critical. I'm just one person but the business lost me. Since it's multiple stylist it's not like a traditional salon where clients could wait and be normally socially distanced. I wish this business an abundance of success nonetheless. I rate it a 2 star because I likeD my cut and style. I got my hair styled someone else and she styled it better anyway. A 2 star review is fair.

Gisele.... you are EVERYTHING! U just cut my hair last night... After I’ve been wearing braids for sooooo long. I am so in love with my cut, color and style. You gave me I asked and recommended also what was best. You’re vibe and feel of your salon is so welcoming...& as I said prior to leaving, I will definitely be returning. There’s so much more I can go on and say, but if anyone in these comments wants their hair done by Gisele, please do it. You won’t regret it ☺️💯 🙌🏾☺️

I love that everyone is very professional, and they're all great stylist! It's a very clean & cozy environment also! My only issue is they do not book more than 30 days in advance and that I don't understand. We schedule events, travel, special occasions etc., in advance all the time so why not a hair appt. Especially since you only go by appt....isnt that the reason for having a calendar/schedule. I was very disappointed when I was unable to book an appt for an out of town event I have coming up.

My stylist Ms. Khalida is by far the BEST. My hair have been flourishing since it has been in her care. The entire staff is friendly and considerate. You definitely are worth every penny paid for. I have been a customer for over a year and I havent looked back since.
