STAY AWAY!!! SHE’S UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SCAM ARTIST!!! I never write reviews but I felt I need to warn customers about this stylist. I searched Nyny on instagram and based on her reviews I took a chance and drove 2 hrs away from CT where I live to Bk. I used Yummy extensions (curly) which is a luxury premium line and super expensive, about $160 a bundle. I told her that I knew nothing about Extensions, weaves etc. Instead of giving me her all and ensure I left satisfied, she rushed and took advantage of me! What a complete nightmare! 1. Instead of preserving my extensions and folding them. She cut them. 2. I brought 3 bundles of curly hair and a frontal. I told her I wanted it really full and big. She only used 2.5 and wasn’t full at all. I told her I wanted to add more hair and she told me "I didn’t need it". 3. She promoted versatile hair (like a 360 with no leave out and looks like it’s growing from the scalp. I wanted her to sew this method but She told me I couldn’t do it because the extensions "didn’t match my hair". It’s suppose to cover your entire scalp so what’s the issue? 3. My hair is really short and fine (can’t sew a full braid). She had no hair to the braid so it could sustain the extensions. 4. She SEWED the front of the frontal left the sides sticking out "because she didn’t want to damage my sides". She didn’t even pluck the baby hair nor tried to make it look natural. She told me "no one was going to see the sides so it was ok". She didn’t even bleach the lace! 5. When she was done, she told me that the front of my frontal was going to push back and all I had to do was "take the hair and cover it". Told me this happens with frontals. I paid her $200 dollars for this horrible work. A week and a half later the stitches in the front started unraveling. A few days later half was detached. I was out of the country so I took hair pins to clip it down and had to wear headbands to cover the front. I was so disappointed. I called her right away and told her what was happening and sent her pictures. She told me she would take care of it and adjust it when I came back. I wore the extensions ONLY THREE WEEKS. When I examined the hair i saw the reason because it was detaching is because the braids were unraveling. Obviously this is why she told me the front would lift. . When I returned , I called her so we can make arrangements for me to come to the shop to fix my hair. I spoke to her very respectfully. She was very unprofessional and nasty. Instead of fixing I my extensions she told me not to come & said that she would return only half of my money. I had to threaten her and tell her I was gonna sue her And post pictures so she could refund the full amount. She sent it then blocked me. Very ghetto. She saw a naïve customer and took full advantage of me. I’ve had extensions that lasted over 6 months when done correctly. These didn’t even last a month! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

First of all, I’m VERY picky with who does my hair. I don’t play about my hair because it is my crown and I just have to say that I had the most absolute amazing experience with NyNy! She is very thorough and a true expert at her craft, she is a diamond in the rough in the hair industry and she deserves way more recognition. She did such a great job from the braiding foundation to stitching my bundles flawlessly like the hair grew out of my head. Not only that, she also works quick so you will be in and out of the chair looking FOOOINNNEEE. I drove 2 hours and her service was very well worth the trip!!!

I had the best experience with NyNy. She was very professional and walked me through the whole process on what type of texture matched my hair and what type of style to go with. My hair came out impeccable. Beautiful versatile sew in that lays very flat and looks extremely natural. I came all the way from New Jersey and it was well worth it. Highly recommend.

Traveled from Jersey and I had a wonderful experience with NyNy today. I got a middle part flip versatile sew in and left there feeling like a Black Barbie. She took her time showing me all the ways I can wear my hair and she was very personable and friendly. I will be back and she gets a 10 out of 10, well worth the price!! Excellent work!!
