Jays Hair BK

I had an amazing experience with Janelle! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive to my messages, which really helped ease my worries as a client. I have a lot of hair, and I was so impressed that she was able to wash, blow dry, and do my knotless braids in just 4.5 hours. She is not only professional but also kind and gentle throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful to have found her, and I couldn't be happier!

The service is great. Got to my appointment about 20 mins early and was started right away. Janelle is very kind and I felt no pain at all while getting my knotless braids. She also washed my hair before getting the braids. It was heavenly! Will definitely be back.

The shop is warm and welcoming. Janelle's customer service is excellent her work is neat and precise. Janelle makes you feel comfortable while getting your hair done. The vibes and energy in the salon is positive and great. Always a great time when I get my hair done there.

Janelle is the only person I’ll allow to touch my hair. The entire staff is respectful from the moment anyone enters the salon. The service is fast and the styles last for months. Hands down the #1 salon in Brooklyn!

Today I got mediums sizes box braids at Jay’s Hair and she is so gifted. Not only does her hands do wonders on your hair but the shops atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The good vibes were never ending today. Thank you Jay!!

Janelle was so great. She did Exactly what I asked for, exactly how I asked for it. The service was professional and the shop was clean. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good hairstylist to visit.

My last silk press lasted 6 weeks! My hair has grown about 12 to 14 inches in 1.5 years since I shaved my Head and begun going here.
