Passed by for the first time today to dye my hair, they were able to lift my natural dark hair into a lighter chestnut brown shade without bleach, i’m so happy with the results! I also got a small trim with fringed bangs. Absolutely love this place and will continuously come back to this location for haircuts and color. 10/10 🥰

I always come to J1 to do my hair because I only like to do my hair in here . It’s very nice and the final effect is very satisfactory. I recommend everyone to J1 store and the service is very nice. The stylist’s design is always make customers feel comfortable and satisfied.

I’ve been cutting hair at J1 with Jason for years. Definitely the best hair stylist in Sunset Park area. He has very good taste in hair styles and colors and always chooses the styles that suit me the best. I trust his judgement fully, and he communicates with me what he thinks is best for me before we start. I feel valued and respected. Every time I get a new hair do, I always get asked a lot about where I got my hair done, and I always recommend Jason. My friends are also extremely satisfied with their hair styles through my recommendation. The salon is clean, modern, and very busy. I suggest making an appointment with them first to avoid long waiting times.

I will always recommend this salon to my friends. My mom, sisters and I have been to this salon for years and it’s the only one we trust after having tried many others. I love how they don’t damage your hair even when you bleach it many times. Jason and the other staffs are also all so nice and attentive. My first time at J1 Hair Salon, & surely won’t be the last! Shoutout to Jason & his team! I originally came in for a balayage/bob cut but Jason recommended a much better approach. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my hair before I went to this salon. But Jason surprised me, he gave me professional advice and cut my hair according to my hair condition. Jason was also very knowledgeable in the hair dyeing process,I really like the result at the end. I will come again next time!
