Me and my sister went here a while ago. I requested a wolf cut while preserving the length of my hair. He DID NOT give me a wolf cut and cut my hair shorter. My sister on the other hand asked for just side bangs and nothing else, she did not get any bangs and he cut a wolf cut for her instead. Then up charged me for "long hair" my hair was just a little past my shoulders not long at all. Didn’t mind much as it was just a few dollars. I gave them a tip and they proceeded to scoff and throw a fit over a higher tip even while not giving me what i had requested. Mind you this salon does not have a tip policy. Very very disappointed with my experience to say the least . Will not be going back.

I recently visited Dream Hair Salon Inc, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. While the basic hair wash service I received was decent, the payment process turned out to be a significant hassle. The salon only accepts cash—something I was unaware of until the very end of my visit. They have a small sign about this at the register, but there's nothing at the front to inform customers as they enter. This oversight led to a distressing situation where the staff threatened to call the police because I didn't have any cash on me. A clearer, more visible notification about their payment policy would prevent such misunderstandings and ensure a smoother experience for customers. Due to this incident, I am reluctant to return to Dream Hair Salon.

I have been going here for 4 or 5 years now for Evon and I love them. They never cease to amaze me.

The haircuts are ugly. They are done poorly. The hair is dyed poorly. The maintenance is lousy.

Affordable, straightforward service. Great shoulder rubs after hair washes.
