First time at this salon. I had my hair and makeup done, both were very nice. I have to say I did not enjoy the blow dry as it was a little on the rough side however the manager stepped in and made me feel comfortable with the final look. The makeup artist is very talented and quick. I would visit again for makeup and try out the nail technicians services as well.Meter pay stations are available on both sides of the street for ample amount of parking.

I came to do my hair for my bridal shower and my biggest complaint about my own hair is that it’s thin and I don’t know what to do with it and I just want my hair to look thick and when I tell you, they get it right each time they do I was looking at all of their posts on their social media and then I saw the work on my own hair. I was like oh my God They made me so happy. I can’t believe I look like I have this much hair. I can’t wait to work with them for my wedding I’m literally anything else

So many great things to say about this place! 1. I called on a Friday and got a Saturday afternoon appointment! As much as I heard about this place I thought I’d have to at least wait two weeks! 2. I was running late and they did not give me hard time or tell me that I would lose my spot if more than 10 mins late. Thank you for your humanity! 😊 3. My hair is near black. Every salon I have gone to for auburn color has always discouraged me from it and sold me on something else. Not these wonderful ladies! They explained what the process was, assured me it would not damage my hair and got to it. 4. They checked in on me during the foils multiple times. 5. When it was time for the cut, they triple checked about what length I wanted. 6. I was shocked at the result! My hair looked exactly like what I asked for! I’m almost 50 and for the first time in my life, I went into a salon and walked out exactly how I wanted to. 7. Did I mention the place was immaculate? My only eh about this place is that’s it’s cash only and I didn’t know. But I happened to have enough. I’ll know for next time. Thank you ladies for tackling my dark head of hair with confidence and giving me a great reset before the new school year starts! And shout out to my 🇦🇱 people for recommending this place 🫶🏼 See you when my roots inevitably come in 😩

I have to say this place is very clean and the ladies that work there are very nice. My friend and I went to do our balayage the same day. They did a great job. They also move quick and don't just have you sitting there for long. I have curly black hair and they did a good job getting it to almost the color i want. They said it would take a process to get to a lighter color and I get it cause I do have dark hair. Diana did my hair. She's so sweet. Will be going back to get a toner in my hair to get it a shade brighter. Overall happy with my results and the place.

I booked an appointment at this salon and spoke with Zoye beforehand to confirm if she could achieve a wet hair and makeup look. She assured me that she could, so I decided to proceed. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. First, the makeup application was disappointing. I showed her a picture of the look I wanted—a dewy, wet-look makeup style. Instead, she gave me a bridal look, which was completely different from what I requested. Based on my experience, this salon appears to specialize in simple or bridal makeup. If you’re looking for something creative or highly specific, this may not be the right place. Additionally, I requested brighter lighting during the session, but she declined, claiming it would make the makeup look worse. As a brown-skinned person, I found the final result unflattering, giving me a casket-like appearance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon to other people of color based on my experience. The hair styling was equally underwhelming. I was expecting a proper wet hair look, but they didn’t even wash my hair before styling. Instead, they applied a large amount of Got2b spray to my dirty, dry hair without properly combing or prepping it. Despite having wash stations available, they did not use them, and their policies did not indicate that I needed to arrive with clean, pre-washed hair. When I attempted to express my concerns during the appointment, my feedback was dismissed. They repeatedly told me, "You look nice," and implied that I was simply complaining. Overall, I felt unheard and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. If you’re seeking basic or bridal styles, this salon might be suitable. However, for more creative or personalized services, I recommend going elsewhere—or even doing it yourself. To people of color, I’d advise avoiding this salon altogether.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I booked an appointment and spoke with the hairstylist about the color that I wanted. I even showed her some Inspo pictures, and she assured me that she will be able to do the exact color. Unfortunately, the results were nothing like what I requested, instead it was the worst hair coloring experience I have ever had. She did not even achieve 1% of the inspo picture. I even asked her beforehand for a money piece to frame my face which she completely ignored. I would have appreciated if she told me from the beginning that she simply is not capable of doing regular hair coloring. What's even worse was when I confronted her, she ignored my concerns and simply told me that I can come back and pay for additional highlights which is not acceptable since you as a hairstylist do not even know how to properly color someone's hair. On top of that, any attempt to express my opinion was met with the workers teaming up on me and responding with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I am very disappointed, and I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone I know!! Such a waste of money.
