I went here to get my loc parts fixed and they did just that! Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. From the initial consultation over the phone to meeting in person the transition was so smooth, easy and she was very caring. The music was great and i appreciate how fast and thorough the service was as I did travel two hours to get there. They were able to take care of my locs with a great wash, retwist, and style just right. I was So impressed with how everyone helped to comb out the locs that needed to be corrected and restored. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is unsure of their locs and need help making sure their loc journey stays on track and is well maintained! Claudia and Ariel provided excellent customer service, their knowledge with locs and repairs are superb. I was having issues with breakage and thinning at the front crown. Found cloud 9 online and came in for a service and left out with confidence restored. They work quick, gentle and respectful. Very well worth the price and commute. If you’re considering going here, don’t think twice. You will definitely be pleased.

Great staff!!! This was my 1st experience using their services. They really know what they’re doing.. Best wash my hair had in a long time. Worth every penny. My hairstyle had nothing but compliments as soon as I walked out the door. I will be back real soon.
