The wait time was super short, and she really listened to what I wanted while also giving great suggestions. She was super attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. I was looking for a good hair salon near me and i came across Carmen's. I walked and and was welcomed by Carmen. The store was very clean. Carmen did a great job with my color and highlights. I will be going back there for sure.

I literally googled the best hair salon to go to in the Bronx and this hair salon was one of the ones with the most stars and best reviews so I took a chance and Uber myself to the salon with my daughter. I freaking love this place! My daughter has really thick curly, frizzy hair and she came out of that place with her hair straighter than I have ever seen it! We used the hair mask that she recommended us and our hair came out so beautiful, looking healthy and full of life like I don’t even know what to say! They are so friendly and welcoming. We talked and laugh and they even offered me some coffee… I am truly grateful and will absolutely be coming back! Love this place!

Carmen did my hair and she did a beautiful job. I will be a regular client from now on since because the lady that did my hair for ten years closed down her shop. I wanted highlights but Carmen dyed my hair and put highlights and it came out beautiful. Also, the haircut she gave me was perfect. She is also a sweetheart, which is a bonus. 😊
