This is the best hair salon that I’ve found, and I’ve lived in FL and CA too. Seriously, I fly back from CA to get my hair done here! Love the atmosphere and service. No one does blonde better!

Absolutely fantastic service, Abbie made my postpartum hair feeling and looking brand new, she is very friendly and asks questions throughout the service making me feel confident and comfortable throughout the service! Prices were great and would recommend anybody who’s looking for a new salon, this is the place!

I just came home from visiting this salon and I can’t say enough good things. Jessica was my stylist and she was warm and welcoming and we had great conversation. She was great at communicating what she was doing so you didn’t have those panicky moments of "wait that’s not what I wanted" and she was so sweet. The facility was clean and well kept and I will DEFINITELY be back and will absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylist.

So I'm not a person to leave reviews whether or not it's good or bad. However, I feel I need to in this case. I was referred to Micha at 31:13 studio and I did my research before booking my appointment with her I knowing I was wanting to go partial blonde. I looked at her work that had been posted on the salon's site and I got a friend referral. Saw what looked like she knew how to do blonde hair and maybe she is good at blonde when it's already blonde or a lighter color and it's simple. However, in my situation, she couldn't. Not only did she not do as I asked or come close but she dyed my shirt and my shoulder. Just some background: I have had my hair done since I was 15, if not younger and I'm in my mid-30s. I know how my hair handles blonde, red, and brunette. I know how well the color pulls or the bleach and I know about how long each process should take. The last time I did this same style it only took 1.5 and not 3+. To start I sent Micha a picture of what I wanted, which was a blonde money piece, the bottom of my hair blonde and the rest of my head dark drown. I also sent her a picture of my current hair (at the time) which was brown with an undertone of red. She told me that she would have no problem doing what I wanted. I get there and get seated and then she starts to tell me she might be able to get it as blonde as I wanted. I said okay which would be fine if she got it blonde. She didn't get it blonde and it turned out a brassy caramel. She put foils through my entire head and gave me what looks like highlights. Then when she was washing my hair out she couldn't figure out what toner would work to make it more blonde. She asked me if I liked warm or cool tones. I told her the one thing I didn't want was copper, and that is what I got a copper brassy blonde that looks like a light brunette. I paid over 200 plus tips. I shouldn't have provided a tip but in today's society, it's expected so I did. I left there so pissed off, frustrated and angry. I will never go back to her or refer her to a friend without a huge disclaimer. In the entire time I have done my hair, I have never left so unhappy and upset. This was a bad experience and something I have learned from for future hair appointments.

Such a wonderful experience every time! The professionalism and skill of all the stylists is refreshing! Abbie is my go to for all my styling needs. She knows just how to achieve the color and look I’m going for each time. You can really tell that all the stylists love where they work and respect what they each bring to the table! Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience! All the stylists were super happy, and positive! Jessica was very patient, and did exactly what I wanted, and made my hair so pretty! Will definitely be coming back, and will let all my friends and family know what a great salon this is. 😄
