All staff provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They were flexible with scheduling and even sent a helpful text reminder before my appointment. The studio itself is sleek, clean, and well-designed, creating a comfortable atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Every stylist was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at their craft. The music added great energy, and the pricing was fair & affordable for the quality of service. It’s refreshing to see such a diverse and welcoming hair studio right here in Ward Five of Brockton. Have been going to Sandra for years since she was at Dji-Dji's on Main Street. I don't deny her skill but her customer service is severely lacking as is her ability to manage a schedule. Had an appointment for 4:30 and didn't even get started until 5:45. When I simply asked when someone was going to start doing my daughter's hair ( after waiting an HOUR) she told me I could leave. Then the stylist proceeded to help other clients until we were the only customers left. Didn't get done until 9 pm and the job was at best shoddy. Tried embarrassing me AND my kid simply because I asked for a time frame? Inexcusable and unprofessional. There's plenty of top rated salons in this area. No need for that

Some of the best hair work i've had in my life, for the quality of the hairstyle the prices are extremely fair. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing professional stylists.
