My first time here to get my hair colored for my wedding. They made my appointment with Heidi and trust me she was the best stylist I’ve been to. Heidi did such an amazing job with my highlights and root touch up. She’s fun to talk to and very easy going. She worked around what i wanted and gave in her opinion which was really helpful and greatly appreciated. The staff are all welcoming and very nice. Definitely going back.

Nataliia is amazing! I recently had babylights done, and the results were perfect—natural-looking with beautiful tones. She is not only incredibly skilled but also really attentive, making sure to listen to what I wanted and offer great suggestions. The salon is always clean and welcoming. If you're looking for a talented, professional hairstylist who knows their craft, I highly recommend Nataliia Achtar-Zaden!

Lisa did a fantastic job on my touch up hair color and trim she also styled it to give it more volume,this was my time at tangles and will definitely be returning.She was very polite and helpful to seeing I was satisfied

It was my first time going to the hair salon alone and scheduling an appointment for myself to get my hair cut and styled! It’s been so long since my hair had been cut. But this time I went out of my comfort zone and sought out to get my hair styled and cut! Heidi was very welcoming, gentle and her warm energy made my first individual salon experience very pleasant! I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend! Also too, Heidi gave such amazing suggestions and tips on how to cut and style my hair, and it turned out amazing!

I’ve been here twice, once with my 6 yro old daughter and 7 year old son. My daughter’s cut was $50 and my son’s was $25. We had Heidi each time. She barely interacted with my kids and asked them zero questions. How can you be a hair stylist and have zero Interest in having a conversation?! The hair cut was fine, nothing special. I did have to go back and cut a few strands myself so I wasn’t happy about that. I won’t be back.

We took our two daughters to this shop for the first time and they did not disappoint. My youngest daughter wanted to get her hair dyed for the first time and we were really apprehensive about allowing her to do it. However, Veronica was just amazing! She was very patient, caring, and the end result was more than my daughter expected. She loves her new hair! Also, my other daughter received a haircut with Lisa and she was amazing as well! She didn’t try to rush the haircut and we could tell that she cared about providing a quality haircut. Thank you Tangles for making our visit a memorable one. We will definitely come here again!
