Ive been a client for 5+ years and have never had to cancel an appointment however, when I recently canceled outside of the 48 hours requirement due to extenuating circumstances, (travel to California for a death in the family) I asked for a pardon of paying the entire cancellation fee but was denied. So whatever you do with regards to canceling any future appointments, (my/a 24 hour notice will/did not help you/me) do not miss the cancel deadline (48 hours) bc you too will likely have to pay the full cost for missing the deadline despite the circumstances.

Tareon did an amazing job on my haircut and style! The scalp massage she gave me when washing my hair had me so relaxed! Her salon is clean, inviting, and shows her sweet personality. Tareon used products that help fight the humidity, and the bonus is that they smelled so good! Highly recommend!

Tareon does my 9 year old daughter's hair. She is mixed with extremely thick and long african american textured hair. My daughter is extremely tender-headed and refuses to have just anyone in her head. Tareon is so careful and mindful of my sweet girl. She takes her time (we book extra time for it) and she ensures my girl's experience is not a traumatic one - for which I am extremely grateful! The new facility is conveniently located to Publix and restaurants - which comes in hanady when you're running late for the appointment, but the little one needs a bite to eat or a drink.
