My Salon Suite

Went to Jenn at Suite 309, who made my daughter’s hair perfect for her first day of school and even added a colored braid, done expertly, for a VERY reasonable price!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A "SALON" EVER! I was excited to get my hair done and I've been waiting a few months going back and forth on what I wanted. Finally I decided and showed her the picture of that I wanted (the last picture) she suggested something completely different. Right away that threw me off but she suggested just a few highlights. My hair looked like picture 5. She explained to me that she was going to do the bottom layer a single blonde and have the top layer highlights, to me that is only two layers. Now after she was "done" coloring my hair she asked if I wanted it cut. I explained myself very clear when I said DO NOT CUT MY HAIR JUST TRIM! i even told her that I had a very bad hair cut about a year about and i was waiting for it to grow out. On top of that I even said if you were to give me layers just start them lower below my collar bone because my hair is thick and it flips out if it is too short. I'll let the pictures to the talking about what a disgusting and unprofessional job she did. I should of know something was off about how she worked when she didn't even put on gloves to color my hair! ANDDD when she was blow drying it she was curling my hair and I told her please just do it straight I dont like it curly. AGAIN she did what she wanted so I couldnt even see the uneven cut she did!. When I called her the next day to see if she could fix it she said sure come in. I get there and again she is late so when she gets there I tell her there is nothing you can do to fix the color or the cut so please refund me my money. She over charged me the advertised Groupon price of $80 to $120 and i tipped her $20 because she was working on my hair for 3 hours. She only wanted to refund me back the $120 and keep her tip. We agreed on my coming back the next day and picking up cash but an hr after I left she texted me saying she refunded my card. That was a Monday, come Wednesday the money still wasn't in my account so when I texted her asking for it she got rude and nasty and disrespectful. On top of the extra $40 I had to pay to fix the blotched color job she did I had to spend another $350 on extentions!!!!! I have been so upset about this I mean look at the way she CUT MY HAIR! If I knew she would of done such a disgusting job I would of gone to a dog groomer I'm sure they could of listened better and TRIMED EVENLY!!!! Please be aware because when I did my research on her all the comments on her Facebook and Groupon page were amazing but those are all probably friends and family. She is rude and unprofessional and I should be compensated. Icing on the cake is she kept the tip!

I love this place very nice if you love the salon experience without the crowds My personal favorite is Suite Melissa she helped me pick the best dye for my sensitive hair and did wonders for my hair I feel like a supermodel anytime I leave her place

Excellent experience and beautiful results from Juliette. I appreciate her input, suggestions and style. She rescued my hair after 2 years of neglect. I highly recommend Juliette!

I have been seeing Kay Kramer in Suite 204 for the past 5 years. She does an excellent job with styling, coloring and highlights for my hair. I had searched for years to find someone who cut my hair to my liking. Kay has done that consistently. I highly recommend her.

Just love this place. It is personalized and not like going to a normal salon where you usually have to wait and wait and wait. I deal with Barb who shares a room with Melanie. Barb works Tuesday thru Saturday by appt only. She is great and pricing is on point with what you would pay elsewhere. Send me a text if you want her number. She is located right next to Chucky Cheese.

Caroline the Colorist is fabulous! She listens to what you want and offers her opinion freely. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I guarantee you will be very happy with your results!
