Cynthia is the only person who knows how to cut my long layered hair. She does a great job listening to what I want and does just that. She listens and she doesn’t judge haha. Even if I cut my own bangs every once in a while. She cuts my 17 yo sons hair as well as my husbands. Shes a ball of energy and one heck of a stylist.

I've known and used Cynthia at Westgate Salon for 11 years! I love that I can rely on her honest opinion regarding all my hair concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her craft. She is not only my stylist but also has become a close friend over the years. She will be my stylist forever!

Value I have used Cynthia for several years. I have curly hair and it is so hard to find someone who understands cutting curly hair. So many places I have gone to cut my hair wet and after it dries it is so much shorter than I wanted. She dry cuts hair and it is PERFECT!! She does an awesome job with my colors also. I won’t use anyone else!!

So I had called here and asked how much for a service. Whoever I talked to started to say they start pricing at $35. Sounded reasonable but then, As she was just talking, then she said, no prices start at $45. I was already angry but before I changed my mind about ever using this place, she changed her pricing and said, prices start at $60/ for a lousy smooth and style after I wash my own hair. Why ever going to place who doesn’t know how much a smooth and style hair would be when other places start around $25. 😅 you don’t deserve one star. This is your craft and you don’t even know how to price. Very unprofessional for something you do everyday 🤬🤣 Update: YOU KEPT TALKING ON YOIR OWN and I got tired of hearing how you kept bumping it up. This isn’t the first time I spoke to you. The previous call was for color and that conversation was similar to this recent one. That call was months ago. $45-65 is outrageous coming from someone who isn’t sure about pricing "smooth and style" after I do my own washing of my hair. Instead of throwing numbers out, you should have said, we don’t price over the phone because I’d like to see what we’ll be working on. 😆 That’s what a professional hairstylist would say. What a damn shame!!
