I had a terrible experience at this salon. I was originally quoted $220 + $25 per bleach bowl, but the price suddenly inflated to nearly $1,000 without clear explanation. I requested a full blonde transformation, but the stylist only did the sides, left the back red, and forced an unwanted trim. Despite telling her my $350 budget, I was charged $450 after tip. Since my hair was left unfinished, I booked a color correction listed as $180, but she charged me again for everything, including another trim. After $900 spent, my hair was still uneven, patchy, and had visible red chunks and orange roots, yet she refused to fix my roots. When I confronted her about the total price, she suddenly claimed she charges $100/hr, which was never disclosed upfront. I have texts proving her original quote. She also blocked out her availability when I tried to book a fix, forcing me to schedule under a fake trim appointment just to be seen. Her mother is the owner and completely dismissed and ignored my concerns and did not offer a refund upon request. No one apologized either

Our stylist Izzy moved into this space over a year ago and it's amazing. Such a cool location filled with individual hair stylist all working for themselves. There is a nail tech that also has a spot in here but I've never used her. It is by appointment so when you call someone answers and connects you to the stylist that is right for you. Izzy is absolutely amazing and does fantastic color, styles, and conversations. It had a super cool steam punk ambiance which is cool.

Just had an amazing appointment with Meg here! Super understanding about my hair type and very knowledgable! I was completely comfortable the whole time, and my hair turned out fantastic! Definitely will be going back to her for future hair trims! Also, the place itself is super cute with a great home feel to it, I would recommend for sure!

Kristen M. Is a miracle worker. My hair was a mess. She gave me the perfect cut and color. She came in on a Monday to accommodate my schedule. She was honest and helpful. The salon is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this salon.

The staff is friendly and know exactly what is in style! Sherry the nail technician is very professional and a GEM. She definitely knows what style is current and fixes and repairs any nail problems I may have in amazingly fast time. She is definitely talented!! Absolutely without a doubt refer her to anyone who wants to leave there feeling amazing after having a mani and pedi.

ASK FOR KRISTIN! Definitely one of the most talented hairdressers I've ever met. My dad and I came in to get some haircuts and we're so happy with the result.
