When booking I explained I had a lot of grow out and that I wanted platinum to icy blonde all over. Kaitlin asked if I wanted dimension and this is what I was left with. She added color to my roots that now has to be corrected to achieve the look I am going for. She knew I wasn’t happy when I left. Her assistant helped highlight one side leaving the highlights uneven. She gaslighted me after contacting her a second time about not being happy. What she couldn’t do was achieved in one appointment in the same amount of time I sat in her chair. The only part that looked good was the top. Pics are of what was not blended during my appointment.

I will never go anywhere else! Aubri is so welcoming and her work is phenomenal!! I had the best time getting my hair done with her and it felt like visiting a good friend. Her work area is kept clean and comfortable the whole time! I also highly recommend setting up a perfume and prosecco night with her. You get to make your own custom fragrance. I was able to make one for my husband and he made one for me. It made for one of the best date nights!

Kaitlin & Izzy (both lovely) just did my hair & I'm IN LOVE ❤️ I have dark, long, thick, course hair with silvers throughout. The new salon is beautiful with great energy! Kaitlin did a phenomenal job of blending & and softened the silvers. She is talented and kind. I genuinely feel like a more confident & elevated woman. Appreciate you both so much, & highly recommended Kaitlin and the salon 🌷

Got to experience a wonderful Perfume & Prosecco event! We had guidance but a lot of freedom creating our personal perfume. Would definitely recommend upcoming events, might even try to go to another one myself!

I had my hair done by Kaitlyn today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her honesty and dedication. Because I had previously box-dyed my hair red, she was very transparent from the beginning that achieving the blonde highlights I wanted wouldn’t be possible in one session. I really appreciated that she didn’t set any false expectations and took the time to explain everything clearly. Kaitlyn went above and beyond, spending extra time to ensure my color came out even and that the health of my hair remained a top priority. While I’m a little bummed I didn’t walk away with the exact look I initially envisioned, I’m so happy with the outcome and the clear path forward. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in a long time, and I’m excited to continue the journey with her to get to the lighter shade I’m hoping for. Highly recommend!

Always love getting my hair done by Kaitlin! She did a color correction for me at my first appointment from a poor color done elsewhere. She totally saved my hair, and I’ve been loyal ever since. I have always been happy with my hair afterwards, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!
