I had an amazing experience with Marques. He has such an eye for detail and listened carefully to what I wanted before he started. The highlights came out beautiful, they are natural, bright, and blend perfectly with my hair! He really took his time to make sure everything came out perfect. I left the salon loving my hair, feeling confident and refreshed. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for amazing highlights or a stylist who truly cares about the results!

First time client !! I had a great telephone conversation before I booked my appointment with Gemma. To help with my dried out blonde ends so I booked with Dee and she did a great gloss on my hair which I’ve never had beforel. Then followed up with a nice trim and blowout with Sara. A great salon very clean great stuff highly recommend. Definitely booking again.

After reading the reviews—and especially the owner’s responses—I’m convinced the real problem isn’t the customers. Not once does the owner take responsibility. Every negative experience is dismissed, minimized, or blamed on the client. One response even claims a client "looked happy." If someone were happy, they wouldn’t be leaving a negative review. That argument is laughable. The constant fallback is "pricing is clearly listed on the website," yet review after review mentions surprise charges and overpriced services. When the same complaint keeps showing up, it’s not user error—it’s a failure in communication. Any competent professional confirms services and exact pricing before starting. Taking 30 seconds to explain what’s being done and how much it will cost is the bare minimum, especially when pricing confusion is clearly a recurring issue. Instead of fixing the problem, the owner argues, deflects, and gaslights customers. The defensive responses alone are enough to ensure I’ll take my business elsewhere—and I’d strongly suggest others read the reviews carefully before booking.

Marques has been my colorist for 4 years, where he is the manager of Salon Edge in Boca Raton. He is also Artist/Educator for L'oreal, teaching throughout the United States. So gifted, personable, and always has his eye on everything that's going on in the shop. Marques solved the "red" that kept showing up when I wanted my hair blonde. He is consistent in his services, and also knows how to be flexible and creative when I'm wanting something new. In a business fueled by social media and competitive edge, Marques is a steady manager, a good friend to his teammates, and ambitious by raising the bar of his own excellence.
