I came here for my first treatment and absolutely loved it!! The massage was beyond relaxing, and my skin looked amazing afterward. I have been a Novi follower for a while now but had not yet been able to schedule any services. Busy mom life has me constantly on the go, go, go! I was blessed with winning a brow shape & tint and finally got to pop in last week. Luana welcomed me the moment I walked in and delivered such a sweet experience. Her space is so cute and the vibes are every bit as relaxing as you would like when getting skin care services. Luana took her time with my brows first confirming what I wanted and then explaining everything that she was doing, as she was doing it. She was kind, efficient, professional, and such a pleasure to talk to and get to know. The passion and care that she holds for her business/work are made evident in the way she cares for her clients.
