Went here and had fabulous experience, only to be followed by horrible experience (same colorist, Alex).First photo is after first color (12/19/25) I went in, with very blonde hair (think Barbie Blonde), went in for touch up only on 1/23/26. Alex proceeded to tone all of my hair, which made it very ashy, greyish looking. I kept asking him, why are you toning, this is going to darken my hair. He assured me it would be great. Well it was NOT great, in fact after 5 hours at this salon, I left feeling horrible how my hair looked. Of course everyone in salon kept raving how great it looked (maybe for some, but not me).Photo #2 taken after I got home from salon - you can clearly see its ashy and more of a dirty blonde at best. I called the salon the next day and asked if they could do anything, as I really hated it, and for $300 this was unacceptable. They agreed to "wash out" the toner, to assure me it would be back to my barbie blonde. After 2 more hours there, it was better, but certainly not the blonde I was before this disaster. Different stylist, as Alex was out of town. She stated she would only dry the front portion of my hair, unless I wanted to pay $55 for a blow out. What? You are going to make me leave with 1/2 a head wet?? I argued with them to dry the rest of it, as I dont feel that it was the color it should of been. She finally agreed to dry it all, but I am still unhappy with it and now will have to start the search again, for a stylist who will actually listen to me. Horrible experience. Instead of the entire salon trying to convince me its great, why dont you spend that time fixing what you broke! Now my roots are brassy, ends lighter and overall hair in very poor condition (as seen in last photo) Not impressed with this salon to not only give me exactly what I repeated numerous times I DID NOT WANT, but now ruined the condition of it, and created new problem to get rid of all the brassiness. Asking me to pay for a blowout at fixing your errors is a huge turn off. Look at pic #1 and pic #2 and you can clearly see how much darker it is now

I’ve been coming to Hairmess salon for many years and absolutely love it. The salon itself is gorgeous — brand new, very clean, and truly luxurious inside. It honestly feels more like a high-end spa than a regular salon. I usually come for highlights, gloss, Olaplex No. 2 treatments, haircuts, and styling, and my hair always looks beautiful and healthy. They always give me a great hairstyle and really take care of my hair, which is why I keep coming back year after year. The service is always amazing. They make you feel very welcome and always offer coffee, water, or even champagne, which makes the visit feel extra special. I’ve also had facials here and they were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried manicure and pedicure services too and everything was excellent. I’ve even brought my seven-year-old daughter and my son, and they both had a great experience. The staff is very kind and patient with kids.On top of everything, their pricing is very fair for the level of quality and service you receive, especially considering how beautiful and luxurious the salon is. After so many years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Thrilled with my haircut and style from Liliia! I brought in a photo for reference and she did a fantastic job recreating it. The way she styled it afterwards made me wish I could see her every week, it was lovely! It's been a few days and the cut suits me perfectly, it lays just right and is so flattering. I started with my hair color and was delighted and then moved on to mani/pedi and again delighted with nail shape and attention to detail. I then recommended shop to my best friends and they are now regular clients. Sitting in the shop is such a pleasure as it is beautifully appointed offering wine, cappuccino and expresso. Perfect shop for me!
