Floralba was so pleasant! My hair feels amazing! I got long layers and a blow dry! My hair feels so healthy and looks so shiny! She is so sweet! I loved my results and will definitely be coming back. I recommend her 100%.

I recently got my hair done here by my stylist Victoria and absolutely loved the results! Not only was she extremely attentive and friendly but from the moment I sat down she explained her entire process while also allowing me to make suggestions so that we reached my perfect results! I have very long thin curly hair and wanted to add alot of dark blue highlights but was worried about damaging my hair and ruining my curl pattern but she took her time to prep my hair with different products and was sure to make sure the parts we did have to bleach were not over processed! To say I love my results is an understatement and my hair is as healthy as ever if not better than when I walked in! Shes an amazing stylist and would highly recommend her for anyone worried about damaging their hair! Will definitely be returning 🙂

I've been seeing Krystal for over a year now and will continue to see her at her new home (Gramercy)! The salon is absolutely beautiful! I first started seeing Krystal after another stylist damaged my hair, since then she has created my dream color and brought my hair back to life! Every member of Gramercy team, was welcoming, energetic and projected light, love and caring for the art and craft of making people feel and look gorgeous! My teen age daughter had the honor and pleasure of having Wil do her highlights! Wil meticulously and carefully placed each of her multi tonal beautiful highlights. He was so very sweet, patient and caring! He spent time having my daughter show and explain to him her hopes and goals for the process. MAN did Wil exceed all expectations with his kindness, care, excellence at his work! Wil exuded a contagiously enthusiastic and joyful approach to the entire appointment, beginning to end! Our new FAVORITE Hair Salon and FAVORITE Stylist! Thank you Wil, for the FABULOUS WORK! YOU ROCK! We WILL Be back!

BRANDON A. THE BEST! Needed my hair styled for a Christmas party. I called the day of the party and Brandon was able to see me. I brought my own "hairpiece" with me. Basically extensions, it is called a 'halo'. Brandon OUT DID himself! He put it in, it stayed PERFECT all evening. It was very humid and damp outside. Brandon is so knowledgeable beyond his years......... He took his time, listened to my needs and the look I was going for. He is a true artist in his field. I will DEFINETLY go back to him for all my fancy events! Thank you B!
