100% worth coming here for Meri Zakja! She is the best hair stylist I've ever seen in DC, and I've gone to *many* over the years. She's given me wonderful cuts and layers, and once she salvaged some *horrible* bleached highlights on me (from a different salon) with shatush that didn't damage my hair and grew out beautifully. She listens very well, taking into account exactly what you're asking for but also offering her expert advice. Overall, just a lovely person, great experience, and beautiful results! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the DC area.

Rosa Brandon is amazing! She is so accommodating with scheduling and her color is on point! I’ve been with Rosa for years and followed her from salon to salon. If you are looking for any service from blow out, style, color, cut- think about asking for Rosa! I’ve gotten all services from her- partial to full highlights to balayage - she is wonderful and is fun to work with on top of her talent!

Johannie is brillant. She asks questions, listens well, and will find and show you pics of different haircuts to make sure you get exactly what you want. She was very considerate of my lifestyle, hair habits and routine, face shape, and hair type when cutting my hair. I couldn't be happier. This may be the best hair cut I've ever received. Even my husband noticed the quality of the cut and how well it suited me--in the 5 years I've known him, he's never made a comment like this before! Book with Johannie, you won't regret it.

Got my hair colored for the first time since high school by Kristeen Herrera and she did me so good!! Super friendly service, was clear about the steps we were walking thru. She took my virgin black Asian hair to a beautiful ash blonde + semi-perm black tips all while maintaining its health. Will definitely be frequenting here.

Meri is absolutely incredible! I’ve gone to her for a year and I swear she’s a magician, for both color and cut. I often don’t know what to ask for and she is able to help me figure out what techniques and treatments will achieve the look and be best for my hair as I deal with premature greying and thinning. My hair has never looked or felt as great as it has this past year and Meri is now the only person I trust with my hair.

After bleaching my hair blonde for over a decade, I wanted to try going back to brown! Adam did a fantastic job with telling me what is happening, answering my questions, going through the process of choosing a color together and he makes it super fun!! He also is so knowledgeable about everything! I felt really welcomed and even though I was nervous he made sure to make it a welcoming experience too. The hair cut was also really nice and he said after I saw the color if I want to go deeper etc I was so happy and can’t wait to come back!!
