⸻ I recently had my hair done by Dаnijela, and it was a fantastic experience. I arrived with dark level-5 hair and a lot of gray at the roots, hoping for a subtle gray blending. Dаnijela expertly guided me from my original idea of a mushroom brown balayage to a beautiful hazelnut blonde with baby highlights. The result took years off my appearance—at least according to my daughter—and it perfectly complements my skin tone. Plus, the salon’s commitment to cruelty-free products made the whole experience even better. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Dаnijela’s artistry and professionalism were top-notch. I’m definitely coming back for regular maintenance and have already booked my next appointment.

I went to to Mstudio for the first time today for a lady's cut, and wow, did Danijela deliver! She is a fantastic stylist. Very talented. I've lived in Bethesda for several years and have never had such a great cut! Reasonable price, lovely studio. Everyone very nice and relaxed. Highly recommend the studio and Danijela!!

I couldn’t be happier with the cut I received from Michael. He is an absolute pro. The whole experience at MStudio is sublime. From the spa like shampoo and conditioning by Marina to the warm and fun atmosphere of the intimate space. I can tell the staff all care for each other and most importantly their clients mean everything to them. I know I am in great hands, literally, when I see Michael. He is sweet, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and so funny. He is an artist and I was his canvas. I left feeling like my hair was a product of his craft. Something both of us were proud to show off. It was a joy to spend time at the studio. I got so many compliments on my cut and style. Thank you MStudio! ♥️ I will be back 🙂

A million thanks to all of the reviewers for pointing me to M Studio!!! As an out of towner in for a black tie wedding I was delighted with the style Daniela created. Also had a great chat with Michael who is incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with info on the latest hair smoothing processes. LOVE this salon!

Michale is great. Second time getting my highlights done and I asked for more dramatic highlights because I was going be in photos and presenting on a stage with bright lights etc and knew the color needed to be more than my norm. Michael knew the ask and with his fun attitude said let’s play with the color and cut to have the best image in front of hundreds of people. This can be a difficult task for some but I think the new color will be my new norm go to. Just listen and leave yourself open to the one who does this everyday. Did I also mention I got in the same day I called with my busy schedule and it was upon Michael’s return from being away. Glad I found Michael who is close to home and I don’t have to deal with DC traffic as the street parking is always easy to get. Thank you!

I love love love Michael. He's been taking care of my hair, thankfully, for almost 15 years. He's always up on the latest things, and has given me great color, keratin and cuts through these years. If I ever left the DC Area, he's the guy I'd get on a plane to come back and see. Also, Marina is a fantastic assistant, she gives a great scalp massage!!

I have been going to Michael for highlights, haircuts and blowouts for more than 13 years. I have referred multiple friends to him, and everyone stays. He is SO talented. I have very curly hair and also somewhat tricky coloring issues, and he is a magician. I have never had anyone blow out my hair as well as him, and I get compliments on my color all the time. He also cuts two of my sons’ hair and has cut my daughter’s and my husband’s hair as well! Plus, he is a top notch human, and the rest of the team is so kind and social that it makes for a very pleasant environment.
