Shearer's Hair Design

I’ve been a customer of Debra Shearer for years. Always paid and tipped her well. I waited patiently for 30 minutes after my appointment time when she told me she wouldn’t do my hair today or ever again. she was extremely stressed for no reason that I had anything to do with. She was extremely rude and told me she didn’t want to reschedule or do my hair and that I should leave and find another salon. Yes, I realized she was very stressed about her day, but I didn’t deserve to be treated the way she treated me, as it had nothing to do with me or waiting patiently for 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I have never been treated the way she treated me and was shocked at the way she spoke to me. Obviously she had had a stressful day. But did I deserve to be treated so rudely? I will not be going back . If Deborah wasn’t well or too stressed to be polite to her long time customer , she should have let me know she would not be available at our scheduled time.

I hadn't had my hair cut by someone else since 2020, and I was super anxious about my visit. I've always dealt with a lot of anxiety surrounding my hair, and have felt completely unheard during numerous visits to other salons. Shasta alleviated all of that. She asked me exactly what I wanted, explained to me some of the limitations of my hair and how we could navigate that, and then she took the time to explain exactly what she was going to do. All while being absolutely delightful, funny, and kind. I was going from a shoulder-length side shave to a pixie cut, so it was a pretty massive change. I received the best haircut I've ever had in my life, and went from being super embarrassed about the state of my hair to loving how I looked. Shasta was so awesome! I'll definitely be coming back for haircuts.

I love Danielle Price at Shearer's! She's been doing my hair for the past 13 years and she's been amazing. I have naturally curly hair and she has helped me love it. She makes sure that my color and cut work in any situation. I'd follow here anywhere anyways, but her being at this particular salon is awesome! Great vibes, friendly people, and awesome hair!

My wife is an amazing artist with her hands.. I call her Doctor Debbie because she is wise beyond her age. You get more than a beautiful style, Deborah Has knowledge of so many different topics and professions. She accommodates her clients who have late schedules. She loves her Salon. You can see when you walk in the beautiful Air Conditioned Salon that a lot of Love and hard work goes into it. Shearer's hair Salon was selected #1 in the Northwest. Go see one of the stylists and you will have an relaxing experience.

absolutely love this place! Shasta is an artist with the scissors and I don’t say that lightly. I have really thick hair and when I first came in it was very long too but Shasta cut and layered it perfectly. I’ve gone there twice now and plan on returning. Everyone is super nice and I really appreciate that they take there COVID rules seriously.

Danielle Price is the best hair stylist I've ever had! Most haircuts leave me disappointed and regretful. But Danielle listens to me and does great work 100% of the time. She is efficient and takes great care of her clients 🙂

I've been seeing Shasta Duplantis for nearly 20 years. I feel like my hair is the best feature of my appeasrance, thanks to her. I get compliments on my hair all the time and I'm 63 years old! My red hair has aged to strawberry blonde and she knows how to color it so the gray is completely hidden! She is also one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life and I look forward to my appointments with her every six weeks. I'll never go anywhere else.
