I’ve been going to Holly over a year and as a human she is truly lovely, I have really enjoyed her. However- haircuts, a basic, no color, no frills, haircut is about $100. I just went and saw her after growing my hair for several months and asked to keep the length as my wedding is 3 weeks away. This is the cut I ended up with. To say I’m devastated is an understatement. There is no fixing this, and now I have to start growing it out again. I won’t go back, and I paid $100 to someone I trusted and ended up with this.

Erin has been my stylist for 5 years and she is amazing!! Always delivers great work and keeps me looking fresh. The entire staff is always cheerful and helpful. I’d highly recommend Erin and Sandlewood in general!

I had the best experience at Sandalwood! I decided to take the big leap from dark brown to blonde and Justine did such a fantastic job, it looks so natural! She was kind, careful, professional, and my hair looks beautiful. She also took the time to help me pick out the right products and gave me advice on how to keep my newly blonde hair looking strong and vibrant. I highly recommend Justine and the Sandalwood salon to bring your hair dreams to life!

ERIN is amazing. I have never had a better haircut in my entire life. She does amazing color and she is a true perfectionist. She cuts it BOTH wet and dry. She analyzes her work from all angles. Total bonus!! She is a beautiful person and a joy to sit in her chair! Thank you so much ERIN!

I have never written a review ever, but my experience at Sandalwood left me needing to tell everyone about it! During quarantine I destroyed my hair with bleach and box color and cuts and after two years of feeling super insecure about my damaged discolored hair, I wanted to start the journey to blonde. I have a consultation with Jordan where we talked about my goals and budget and hair history and made a plan that sounded great. At my appointment we discovered after some lightening my hair was unable to go lighter in that session. Jordan’s detailed care toward my hair’s integrity and my goal was unmatched. Throughout the whole appointment she was attentive and super kind. Since the appointment ran much longer than anticipated (considering my hair health brought some obstacles) she made great adjustments for me and went above and beyond with her work. After putting complete trust in her, I left extremely happy with my hair and an absolutely reasonable amount out of my bank account. Jordan was the most understanding, down-to-earth, talented, and amazing stylist I have ever had. Jordan and Sandalwood are definitely a stylist/salon for a lifetime!

UPDATE. One star for salon operations and scheduling. They have cancelled my appointment twice now with only one day’s notice and no follow up or apologies. This is pretty frustrating because Holly books out upwards of 8-10 weeks. I can no longer stand behind my prior review, despite loving this very skilled stylist. Five stars for Holly: I had a great appointment with Holly. She was able to do a color correction for me and I’m so much happier with it now. It looks more natural, and blended. She takes the time to listen and get a sense of what you really want before getting started. She also has tons of experience with teaching, photo shoots, and has been working in the field for many years. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Holly! She did a fantastic job cutting and styling my long curly hair. She was methodical and took the time to cut it right. I am thrilled with the results! She’s knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The salon is delightful and welcoming.
