Gloria and staff are so talented! They always do an amazing job with my son’s hair and, now that I’ve seen what they’ve done for women’s hair while I was waiting for my son, I’ll be switching to Gloria and her crew. He gets the "broccoli" perm every 6 months and a cut every 2. There is often short-notice availability at convenient times, which is great. Gloria speaks Spanish and a little English while I speak English and a little Spanish. Together and with pictures I’ve always been able to get the results I ask for. Because of a potential language barrier, if you’re an only-English speaker, I recommend you make an appointment in-person or try your best to use Google Translate to include the following; your preferred date and time, the service you want, and your telephone number. There is a link on their website to book online, but that is only used by a few stylists at the salon. We used that once and showed up only to find out that we were a surprise. They were able to take us, thankfully. There is a small discount for students, which is much appreciated. We paid $140 for a cut, perm, and style; a great value. Because it’s such a reasonable price, we always tip 25%. In all, we spent $175. Gloria and staff are worth it.

If you don’t know Spanish unfortunately wouldn’t go . I thought they were so nice but told her that I wanted my ends trimmed and she chopped all my hair off!!! I’m not happy at all and still tipped and never will be back again . My hair isn’t even what I asked for and it’s all choppy as well . Thank god for a weave cause this is embarrassing

I need a haircut bad. My hair is very thick and wavy, it is a lot of hair. I didn’t want to go back to a corporate chain hair place. I called Gloria and she was able to get me an appointment within the hour. There was a bit of a language barrier ( Spanish and English) which actually worked out just fine. I was able to clearly communicate exactly what I wanted to Gloria. Gloria worked her magic on my hot mess head of thick / wavy hair. So happy with my haircut, it feels so good, I swear she took like 10 lbs of hair off my head after she went through thinning out my layers. Gloria is a trooper 🫡 I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut

Made appointment. Showed up and the open sign was showing, but door was locked. Called and knocked multiple times and didn't get response. Showing up to a place as a walk-in and finding it closed is fine. Having scheduled an appointment and had it confirmed only to have the place closed... not so much.

I recommend this hair salon to anyone who wants to be comfortable the minute they walk in. I came in under very stressful conditions, I left so happy. Thank you so much Kim for such a wonderful hair appointment. This place is a locally owned small business, and I didn’t even know that until I got there, please support locally owned small businesses! 🩷

The day of my appointment no one was there (door was locked, lights off, no one inside) and the sign said closed. I waited for about 10 min and tried calling (no answer), so I left. A few minutes after I left I receive a text and email saying I was a no show. I understand sometimes people run late and it wouldn’t be a big deal if they communicated they were running late. They have my number and email. They were a no show to my appointment and then tried blaming me for there inability to show up on time or communicate.

I made my husband and I a last min appointment online. I was a little nervous after arriving due to communication. (Spanish speaking) I was not sure she really understood what we both wanted. She did a great job on both of us. We both walked out extremely happy. Both of out cuts came out better than we had wanted.Very clean salon, not over priced and extremely friendly. Our family will definitely be booking with Gloria's salon from here on out.
