I have had such a wonderful experience at The pHb Hair Salon! Samantha is my stylist and she is always so kind and takes her time to make sure my hair is well cared for and I leave feeling beautiful! The shop is clean, calm, and an all around wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Sam is an amazing hair artist!! She has done my hair for years and is an expert at extensions. She really cares about her clients and has a phenomenal eye for style and color. Go see her!!!

Cool atmosphere. Very exclusive, they don't allow guests, which I liked. The only people inside were the hair artists and their client's. The staff was kind and attentive. They provided snacks and drinks for those who have to stay for the day! Always a bonus, and the coffee was much needed. My hair looks gorgeous! I'm extremely pleased and plan on making this my new spot. Thank you, Samantha!

Excellent experience! Blakely did an amazing job on my hair exactly what I wanted. I felt very comfortable she is professional and kind , I definitely will be returning and highly recommend her.

Wow! The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere was relaxing, and so inviting. Samantha was friendly, and I loved my hair. The lived-in highlight was beautiful.

Lovely, professional salon. The salon is gorgeous and everybody is so nice and professional. They offer drinks/snacks which i love and treat you like VIP. Lindsay is AMAZING and i trust her 100% with my hair. She is so talented and my hair gives me confidence. I highly recommend this salon!!

I got extensions from Lindsay for a couple years and I have had nothing but good things to say about her. However, over the time I have spent in her chair, my feelings have changed. I understand having a cancellation fee, however, things happen in life that are beyond control, such as emergency hospitalization, that deserve consideration of the policy. That appointment cost me $250. And it’s not like I was a no show, I sent txt messages letting her know that I was sick and ended up in the hospital. Especially since I had more than four changes to my appointments from Lindsay, to all of which I complied. The last straw for me was when I called a few weeks before my usual appointment to let her know that I removed my extensions and planned to work on growing my natural hair but that I still need a cut and my roots done. On the day of my appointment I was charged $400. (My normal appointments were $500 to move up 2 rows of extensions and cut and color). I paid the $400 being confused but not wanting to cause a scene. I have lived in Atlanta, Charlotte , NC, Dallas and other cities and never in my life have I paid $400 for a cut & color. I feel taken advantage of and it has bothered me to the point of writing this review and never going back. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 UPDATE: Be aware about doing business here. After an attempt to mediate the issue with the Better Business Bureau, I was informed that the owner declined stating that the business offered me a full refund in return for removing my review and I refused (not true).
