We went to Kamryn she was amazing, she told us all about caring for my daughters hair 10/10 recommend a curl specialist for you curly mamas who have no clue what to do. Kamryn answered all million of my curly hair questions. The location was clean, employees were friendly. Free parking.

Brianna was great! I was getting bangs again and she went slowly so I got exactly what I wanted; also trimmed up my curly hair perfectly. They accomodated my schedule and gave me exactly what I asked for. Very much appreciate the great customer service and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend!

Max is seriously incredible! I hadn’t had my hair done in ages, and I came in with just a reference — he completely nailed it and then some. He even shared some awesome tips to keep my hair looking and feeling amazing. Honestly, I’d come back just for his amazing vibe alone!

First time there, had a haircut and it was uneven, but I went back and they fixed it, good no problem. Gave it a second chance, went and got my hair done, bleached for the first time and its not good at all. Half way throught I knew it wasnt going to be what I wanted but I was hoping it would look good at least but Its not the case, and now Im the one that its to embarrased to go back again and ask them to fix it. Im aware I have a small amount of hair and maybe that technique works better on a fuller head, but thats why I went for a consultation and the I explained everything again the date of the appointment. Totally regret it. There are different stylists there, so maybe you have better luck than me.

I had my appointment cancelled by the front desk after I had already booked an appointment online because she accidentally booked someone else without double checking the scheduled. When I asked, why wouldn’t you cancel their appointment you made on accident since mine was already scheduled first the front desk replied "I’m not going to do this with you" and hung up on me. At no point was I rude, or disrespectful, I just wasn’t understanding how I had to have my appointment canceled for an oversight on their end. I have been taking my daughter here for 3 years now. For them to treat me like this after being a loyal client for 3 years is absolutely atrocious. It costs 0$ to be kind, especially to consistent client. Please be warned you may be treated like this even after 3 years.

I was a repeat customer for a year or so getting my curls maintained and receiving lowlights until one day I decided I wanted to switch it up & go bright red, I consulted with my stylist & also showed her a picture my stylist gave me a dark burgundy. I gave it a day or two to acclimate to my face but i realized that wasn’t the color that i asked for. I voiced my concerns of my disinterest in the hair color to the stylist and to her. Instead of offering a resolution on the color or even offering a discounted fix on the issue. I WAS IGNORED. I attempted to give it the benefit of the doubt by booking with a different stylist, the appointment was cancelled. When i call they’re always "Busy" or "The time slot is no longer available" or "Santos will have to get back to you" That’s so unprofessional & distasteful. & then she made a remark about me making a negative review about the dye job, which I didn’t at the time, but now I have!

Bonnie has to be one of the best hairstylist I have ever met. She cares about her customers Great communicator and she definitely delivers!! I walked into her salon, a hot mess and walked out feeling like a pampered QUEEN!! Thank you, Bonnie for making me feel good in my skin again
