The stylist Ms. Nikki is a very sweet woman. All I can say while trying not to be too negative, but just to warn/teach potential clients...is as far as my experience, just don't get your hair cut r trimmed here. I've proudly grown my hair out upper back length for about 4/5 yrs. I just needed my ends cut/trimmed to get it healthier for continued growth. It was cut and nicely styled wen I left. Looked a bit layered. But ok🤷‍♀️. So I wrapped it up and went to sleep. When I combed my wrap out the next day... OMG!!! I HAD PIECES OF MY HAIR cut damn near to my scalp and poking out everywhere. There's nothing I can do about it, but just wait another 5yrs for it to grow back. I tried to reach out to her to let her know, but have yet to hear back. It's really bad. So just don't get anything cut is my advice
