Update 3/21/25: I’m so upset! Between the tension and braiding my hair down with spritz…Tonya braids pulled out my hair and edges, the hair bundles tangle constantly (it must have synthetic mixed in) and the gaps between the rows are horrible. I will not be returning for styling or hair. This salon will not grow your hair or provide long lasting hair anymore. Update 3/1/25: This hair sheds so bad. This is my first time getting Caribbean curly and I thought it was from the cut tracks when I left the salon but it’s the hair. This is not the same quality I bought 6+ years ago. The picture is shedding from every time I touch it (two times a day). I spent $806 :-(. Update day of salon visit 2/21/25: I went to get some new and longer bundles. This hair is unbeatable. I also decided to get my hair done by Tonya this time… so my review on the salon experience. Salon Pros: Tonya curling method and spray system keeps your hair bouncing but your leave out lays down even in wind. Middle: The braiding of your edges is so tight. It will keep you up the first night and strengthen your faith in God that your edges will be there once the style is done. Salon Cons: I would not get my hair washed there again. They brush your 4c hair the entire time (not just during conditioning). No real focus on the scalp. So I would probably wash and blow dry my own hair. Also, Tonya doubles the tracks and sew them in… so even though I have 3 bundles in my hair. I have huge gaps in some areas (2 fingers together). So I have to ensure my hair curls start after the gaps at the top… very unfortunate since she is over $100 more than most traditional sew in beauticians. 2019: The hair lasts a really long time and you can swim, wash and dry it like regular hair. It sheds a lot and I would never waste my money again on a closure. The closure lasted for 2 weeks max before knotting up and looking a mess.

This hair is AMAZING. Started coming last year for my sew ins and have been using the same bundles every time. The hair STILL looks and feels brand new. Tonya is a true professional. I’m never going anywhere else for my services.

When I say this hair is top notch that’s what I mean!! I was able to double process bleach the hair with no shedding and the curl remained intact. This hair is so full, soft and has bounce for days. Definitely the only hair I will be purchasing from here on out!!

Fist off let me tell you how great a person Tanya is great at what she does she inspires me so much with my own craft as being a stylist to never give up. She’s very professional and her flat irons are great. I have brought both the combs and steamers and I love them both. She overalls rock.

I went to Tonya for the very first time and it he experience was amazing! She did not disappoint, I went back for a maintenance for my tape ins and the outcome was just as great when I first came. Tonya and her crew do an amazing job! 10/10

Tonya was sooo sweet and soo professional!!! She educated me on my hair while making it bomb!!! The atmosphere of her shop is extremely welcoming and very beautiful..she is very reasonable priced and I takes her time. I have found a new salon that I will continue to visit for hair care.
