I wasn’t originally going to write this review, I wanted to sit with the results for a week and see if maybe I just needed time to adjust. But after living with it, I still feel disappointed and let down. I had my consultation on Thursday the 12th and my appointment on Friday the 13th with Kresa. During the consultation, we discussed that I had box dye in my hair and that lifting might be tricky, but after the strand test she told me my hair lifted really well and that I could do "any blonde I wanted." We agreed on chunky, more defined highlights and agreed not to bring them high to the root. While she was placing the foils, I double checked that the highlights would be chunky and showed her my inspo photo again, and she reassured me they would be. Unfortunately, the final result wasn’t what we agreed on. The highlights came out very thin and blended rather than chunky, and the color is uneven. Some pieces are much lighter while others have a warmer/yellow tone, and there are even some random light/white looking pieces underneath. The root area is also uneven in places, even though we agreed to keeping it lower and letting it "melt" down. When I mentioned I didn’t love the color, she said it was due to "hotspots." While she DID mention hotspots, she didn’t explain that it meant that the final result wouldn’t look like the blonde we agreed on. This was my first time getting my hair professionally done, and since she mentioned multiple times that my hair lifted well during the bleaching process, I expected clearer communication if the results were going to be changed after washing off the bleach. She offered to fix it for an additional $45, which I don’t understand, since I felt I was clear about what I wanted and we had agreed on it beforehand. It didn’t feel right to pay more to correct something that didn’t match what we discussed. She later mentioned that she dried the front pieces first to see if adjustments were needed, but I was never asked if I wanted to make any changes. I actually walked out of the appointment crying because I felt so disappointed. She was very very kind, but I don’t think it’s fair to be charged extra to fix something that didn’t match what we agreed on, especially when the highlights weren’t done the way we discussed and the result is uneven.

I can’t say enough amazing things about my hairstylist Kresa! She is truly a blonde and extensions expert. My color always turns out bright, dimensional, and healthy — never brassy or over-processed. She blends my extensions so seamlessly that no one can ever tell they aren’t my natural hair. I literally drive two hours just to see her, and she is 100% worth it every single time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also takes the time to listen, explain the process, and make sure my hair stays healthy while achieving the look I want.

Went there first time, and was pleasantly surprised , the atmosphere so inviting , Danielle Cash she's amazing, transformed my hair from a box mess into a beautiful blonde highlights, very kind ,and I would recommend her a 1000 times, definitely knows what she's doing. Shop is clean and chic love it

Micah is a lifesaver ✨ She worked her magic with a keratin treatment and my hair has never looked or felt better. I’m so grateful she squeezed me in during a crazy holiday rush, that alone speaks volumes about how much she cares. Talented, kind, and worth every minute in her chair.

Danielle is a genius at hair. I have been going to her for awhile now. Under a moment of stupidity, and impulsively, I tried doing my hair myself a beautiful grey color and of course , at the bad advice of a hair person that sold me the color, followed her advice, and my hair turned out to be a disaster. Danielle not only repaired it, but made it look more beautiful than I could imagine. Girls, please go to her. She is a genius at hair and a sweet person to boot.

I've been coming to see Danielle for a few years. I have short hair and she always cuts it the way I want. I bring her pictures of haircuts I like, and she gives me her opinion if they will work for my hair. I'm never disappointed Cindy.
