Lisa is an honest amazing artist, I went in there with long hair that lightened due to sm stress I wanted to keep long layers and as soon as she started cutting while having such a incredible conversation, she told me to cut of the color and I trusted her immediately. I even asked what color will look good on she said your natural color is perfect. She didn’t try to sell me service she was honest because she cares for her customers. I’m 3 days post haircut and I can’t stop looking and touching my hair the layers are so bouncy even without a blow dryer they are perfect. Thank you Lisa!!

Actually.... I went with a friend but, I can tell you what a wonderful job they did. She has really thin hair and had it trimmed and got extensions but, not to make it longer but, to make it fuller. It's a little pricey but everyone is worth it at some point

I really don’t like to go for haircuts as stylist always cut my hair way shorter than I asked for. I read the reviews for Privato and decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did! Lisa is the best! She cut my super long hair, gave me layers and curtain bangs. She said if I wanted to change anything or I wasn’t happy to reach out to her as she gives her clients a 1 week grace period for changes. SHE DID NOT LIE. I hesitated to message her as it was almost a week. I asked if she could add layers to the back and she said absolutely! I will definitely be going to her from now on. Ive never been so happy and content with a hair cut!

Lisa Raper is amazing!! She is sweet, funny and has such a wonderful personality. I was referred to her by a friend Amber Ellis and this is seriously the best stylist I’ve ever had! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out , the color and highlights are perfect, looks so natural. She put layers in my hair and even showed me how to get the perfect beach wave hair by curling it. My overall experience was excellent, everyone there was professional and courteous. Thank you for having such a great salon!!❤️

Amazing! I recently moved to Bakersfield and found Lisa and Privato by doing a web search. The online reviews were great and I know why. The Staff at Privato Salon & Spa are friendly, professional and courteous. Lisa is incredible and I absolutely loved my cut and style. I received so many compliments afterwards and even as it grew out. I have long thick hair and stylists in the past hadn't given me that "feel great cut" like Lisa did. I just went back for my second cut and know I have found my new long term stylist in Bakersfield. The Salon is clean and welcoming; a refreshing drink on your way in and several products to chose from as you leave.

Appointment for a consultation ($20) was canceled. I'm a little irritated about it. Call me before you deny me service, that is the minimum I expect.

Lisa is the best, very precise with my haircuts. She amazing with any haircut, I’ve had my hair long and short bob. Book your next hair appointment with her, you will not be disappointed!
