Absolute slay. Dusty is the best! Seriously, every time I leave his chair I feel like a brand-new person. He really listens to what you want, gives honest suggestions, and somehow makes it turn out even better than I pictured. What I especially appreciate is how much he takes the time to educate you. I honestly didn’t know much about hair care, products, or styling before going to him, but I’ve learned so much just from our appointments. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and actually helpful, not overwhelming. Plus the vibe is always fun and comfortable, never rushed or awkward. If you want someone who truly cares about your hair and knows exactly what they’re doing, Dusty is it. Highly recommend!

My neglected hair was super dry and brittle after having two kids in the last couple of years, and Sacha totally understood the assignment! She gave me the prettiest layered cut and taught me exactly how to blow-dry and style it. My hair feels smooth and healthy for the first time in ages. Thank you, Sacha!

I have been going to Ethan for 4 years now. He is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. He is honest about hair without any ego and is AN EXPERT. He asks for feedback and wants to ensure I am satisfied with the results, and understand what can realistically be done. He knows what he’s doing and my hair has leveled up significantly since I have been seeing him- it has never looked so good. I get compliments about my hair all the time and he has helped me to love my curly hair! On top of that, he is kind and just a great human being. I refer people to him all the time and am grateful to have him as my stylist. My interactions with both him and Ron have all been positive and the salon is also modern, clean, and in a very centralized location.

I do not recommend this salon to anyone. It’s impossible to get in touch with them, and when you finally do it’s only through text. The salon tech was super rude, and I felt so awkward even trying to have a conversation. Not sure why it came out to $80 when I signed up for a $60 blowout. When I asked the person doing my hair about the extra $20, they just said it was a "salon fee". I see that there are things stated there may be additional charges but that should be communicated prior to changing the price and explained why. Not to mention something like a "salon fee". Why wouldn’t that wouldn’t be included in the price to begin with? I was told it says everywhere no refunds, but I didn’t notice that because I didn’t think I’d even need one. WRONG!! Even looking for the policies I can’t find them anywhere on their booking website or in the emails they sent. This place looks luxurious but runs more like a Supercuts.

This salon is fabulous. Ethan has helped me transition from coloring my hair to my natural gray, and gives the best curly cut I’ve ever experienced. The salon feels like a spa, and everyone here is kind and competent. I have brought both of my children here for various reasons (extensions; highlights) and they’ve had great experiences, too. So much so that they ask to come every time. I’ve been a client since I moved to Austin 5 years ago and will never go anywhere else.
