When I say my experience with Gabrielle exceeded the high expectations I had going into the appointment, I mean my expectations were monumentally surpassed. Every single step is so thoughtfully curated - making this truly a bespoke experience. From signing up and getting super clear instructions on appointment prep & what to do day-of, to actually being there & having every aspect catered to making you most comfortable -every single step feels so thoughtful. The space transcends you to a totally different universe of calm, healing, and reflection. You definitely do not feel like you’re in a salon suite. It’s clear how much love and good vibes have been put into making it a truly magical space. I didn’t have any concerns with my scalp, but rather some inquiries on my hair health - I got real, solid, EFFECTIVE direction from Gabrielle. She shared insights with me that nobody ever has and my hair is already reaping the benefits. I won’t even get into the actual experience itself because that would take a novel - just know that it’s unlike anything else out there and it will release so much tension and stress. If you’re on the fence like I was for several years - just do it. Seriously. You won’t be disappointed.

Could not recommend this enough!! Gabrielle was so intentional with getting to know my hair and specific concerns and giving me actionable solutions. Gabrielle is truly an amazing human being and an expert in her space. She validates and listened thoroughly to what your scalp needs are and what makes her headspa services stand miles above the others is that she takes the time to educate you. You’re not just another session to check off and complete, your time with her is truly your time to learn, ask, be heard and feel loved. I left with my scalp and hair not just feeling amazing but confident like I had the proper tools to take care of myself now. This sounds strange but it meant a lot to me but at the end after blow drying she French braided my hair and never has my hair been braided with so much love and patience. Again, sounds strange but I think it shows just how much Gabrielle wears her heart in her sleeve for her clients. As an educator who needed this mental health moment, I’m truly thankful from the bottom of my heart for the guidance and kindness shown

I found Gabrielle and GEMPIRE Head Spa on TikTok. I’ve always wanted to experience a head spa treatment, and as a working mom and wife, life gets in the way and there’s not many stress relievers that actually melt your thoughts and relax your entire body. From the moment I stepped into Gabrielle’s studio, I felt calm and comfortable. Like, my inner monologue actually shut up in there. I’ve never experienced a massage like this - let’s be honest, our partners just don’t know how to play with our hair like we want them to - but Gabrielle does. From her comfortable accommodations to the "warm hug" blanket, the white noise and soothing music, everything felt like I was in a luxury spa only celebrities can afford. Gabrielle takes the time to get to know your hair type, your routine and products, and is a safe space for you to let down your guard and truly relax and enjoy the service. I never felt like I was just another client. I truly felt seen, heard, and taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend booking some time at GEMPIRE and experiencing this wonderful human and her magical vibrating hair brush. Book the appointment! Gabrielle is seriously the best in the biz. She’s an expert at hair and scalp treatment, cares deeply about the customer experience, and keeps her space sanitized and tidy. Bonus that she only uses non-toxic products. Every time I see her is magical.

This was by far the best head spa experience I have ever encountered. From the moment I entered her suite Gabrielle made the space feel safe, calm, and cozy. You can truly tell she was intentional in creating an atmosphere that brings you to a place where you can truly relax. From the dim lights, heated blankets, soft music, and soothing scents. There is truly something to be said about someone who not only cares about their craft but the client as well enough to put time and effort into a space where whatever you had going on before the appointment disappears for the entire service. She spent time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable and even afterwards gave me time to fully come back to reality as she did my hair before it was time to leave. I truly cannot recommend this service enough, it was the ultimate self care treatment and it is delivered by someone you know values the client.
