I moved to CO three years ago and have yet to find a good hairdresser— that ended yesterday when I had my first appointment with Tera!!!! Cozy salon that was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had while getting my hair done. I booked my appointment online, and she stays true to your appointment and doesn’t overbook which I loved!! I got a relaxer, silk press, and even bought some great quality products for my hair. I keep getting compliments, she slayed! I won’t be going to anyone else! Thanks Tera!

Total rip off! Charged me $100 more than was quoted for exact same appointments we'd had with her before. I took my son to Tera first for locks in October of 2023. She charged us $75. I took him for lock maintenance in April of 2024, she added an updo after his lock maintenance and charged us $90. I took him back in September 2024 for lock maintenance and the updo again. She charged me $175!!! The appointment was booked for $75 and she never charged me over $90 before. She said the extra $100 (more than doubling the cost estimate for the appointment) was for washing his hair, which her website said is included, the updo and length. The previous appointment where she did the exact same thing was $90. She completely ripped me off. We will never be going back.

Love Tera. She works with my crazy schedule when I want to get my doo done and she quick about. Prices are fair. I get wash maybe a silk press but she does wigs, lace fronts etc.

Tara is my new forever stylist after just one visit. She understood my hair and the needs I have because it is thin and fine, gave me an amazing cut that boosted my confidence, and took the extra time to do a color consultation and walk me through some wig and extension options that would work for my hair if I wanted to do those in the future. She was so kind, easy to talk to, professional and competent, and when I saw the price of my haircut I actually said "why aren't you charging more?!". It was an unbelievable price for the value she provides. Her studio is very cute and welcoming inside too, so once you are able to park and find it, you will be happy when you walk in and see it. I will 100% be back and absolutely recommend Tara and Elite Hair Studio.

I found Tera about 15 years ago and have been following her around ever since. I live in Lakewood, but am more than happy to venture out to her studio to have my hair cut. She regularly highlights my hair (I prefer a natural style) and cuts it. She also does a great job at waxing (eyebrows, upper lip). I have very fine hair but a lot of it. Tera was the first hair stylist that helped me understand that I have wavy hair! I had always thought it was very straight - there was so much of it, that it just weighed everything down. She was the first one to cut in in such a way that it has movement. I would not go anywhere else, unless I had to!

This weeks collaborative antics went from me enjoying a bath to recklessly dipping my hair under water. Gaining major shrinkage during my trip to Denver. This is where glorious Tera comes in and saves the day. She got me all the way together!!Tera is a cosmetologist with more than 15 years experience. She will both inspire you & make you laugh. She really is a good soul. I found elite hair studio on style seat a couple of months ago and I highly recommend booking any service with Tera. I am very picky when it comes to hair stylists but Tera exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable about products and completes a service in a timely matter.
