Talented staff! She was very polite and did a great job. I asked for a trim and it took about half an hour. Much quicker than other salons!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a positive experience here. The customer service was lacking, there was basically no welcome or greeting, and she came across as disengaged / negative during the appointment. Most of our interaction consisted of negative comments about my hair which made the experience very uncomfortable for me. After shampooing, my hair was cut without being parted at all. Now that I have it parted at home, the hair falls unevenly. I will need to either fix it myself or go to another salon to have it fixed. I was also charged $70 even though the website and online booking listed the service at $60. I wouldn’t have minded the difference if I had been given the correct price upfront. Overall I can’t recommend this salon and won’t be returning.

Jean is the absolute best! She has been making sure my son and I are as handsome as possible for the last 9 years!! We love Jean so much and her talent is truly unmatched!!

J&S Salon is a best place to go if you want a high quality service. Jean is an amazing hairstylist, she is detailed and a perfectionist. My hair has never been healthier. I do my haircuts, highlights and roots with her. I referred her to all my friends and I take my whole family to see her. She does amazing haircuts for my kids as well. If I could giver her 10 stars I would.

I have tried every stylist here and loved them all! I just tried the new stylist Carole Yoo and she was great! Gave me exactly what I asked for! Definitely recommend!

I got a haircut with Cynthia. Just FYI, this is not a traditional salon, the stylists each have their own private booth. I was really happy with the cut she gave me. Cynthia cut my hair exactly the way I asked and took the time to understand the look I was going for. She also gave me advice about my individual hair needs and concerns. I appreciate the time she took to help me understand the cause of my hair breakage and how to resolve it over time.
