In a day in age where stylist have so many demands, rules, and unprofessionalism, it is refreshing to know that professional stylist aren't a lost art. Awesome experience. Needed a medical wig and found this gem of a wig studio to make things right. Was able to choose a style, have it styled to my liking with informative and great customer service. It was also very helpful to understand how to file for insurance reimbursement, which I successfully did. Thank you for making the experience easy on a first time with owner!

What an amazing experience! I went in for one wig and walked out with four completely different looks. I’m beyond ready for the holidays thanks to Svelte Wigs. I attempted to support Shadae Renee by purchasing multiple wigs and products. Including referring her to friends and family. On this wig pictured, I let Shadae know the day of that it was an issue. While she was telling me she doesn’t even like doing hair. She don’t want to do installs. She ignored my complaint about the hair. It was horrible. When I got home this is what I saw in the color. I went to another (professional) salon, that had a colorist for consultation. It’s taking them 2 days to fix the blotches and will take another 2-3 treatments to fix the spots and lines. That’s not the biggest issue. When communicating with Shadae about the issue, she ignored me, blocked me, then said I was being a bully because I asked her how she would like to resolve this. She said I was not her friend, she doesn’t have to respond. Correct, I am a customer..by the way who spent 964.60 unit, install 250, now retreatment 300+. Money is money, I can get another wig, less expensive, better quality from somewhere else. Shadae lacks integrity. Acknowledge you did a poor job and covered it up. Pictures speak for themselves.

Communication was amazing My experience was nothing but amazing I love the salon setting an the quality of service She measures your head to make sure fitting is correct She Also does an amazing braid down the foundation was definitely flat flat Quality 100/10 Definitely recommend she will definitely become your new favorite person because she’s now mine and she about to take all my money lol Book book book!!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly wanted to share my experience with purchasing glueless wigs from Shadae Renee. This was my first time trying wigs, so I had no idea what to expect. During my initial visit, the braid down I received from her assistant was a little too tight for my sensitive scalp. Shadae herself invited me back, gently redid the braids, and took the time to explain her technique. Not only did it make me feel more comfortable, but I also learned how to braid my own hair in a way that works for me. What I appreciate most is how personable and informative Shadae is during every appointment. I now own three wigs from her, and I constantly receive compliments on how natural they look. The quality of the hair is outstanding—people often ask if I’m wearing a sew-in. With her guidance, I’ve also learned how to wash and style the wigs using the products she offers, which has made the experience even more seamless. For context, I’m 45 (almost 46) and living with an autoimmune disease, which has caused significant changes in my natural hair. Since wearing these wigs, my hair has grown so much because I’m no longer over-manipulating it. The cornrows serve as the perfect protective style, and because I can remove the wigs at night, I’m able to moisturize my scalp and hair regularly—a real game-changer. I’m so thankful I found Shadae Renee online. I travel quite a distance to her shop, but the results and the care she provides are absolutely worth it.
