Renee is literally THE BEST loctician around! I’m so happy I found her. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she is also wonderful to spend the day with. She was so open to my vision and achieved it perfectly! I will definitely be back for my maintenance sessions and any other hair needs/wants I have!

Renee is amazing!! I have locs that are 12 years old and have never been touched by a crochet hook and she was the first person I trusted to do some maintenance and when I say she did an amazing job, I mean amazing!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a real professional who genuinely cares about who’s in her chair.

I had the most amazing experience with Renee, the owner of Loxbox studio. I travelled from Atlanta just to get my locs started by Renee, and I’m so happy I did. She perfectly executed my vision- down to pinpointing my unique hair color without actually seeing it in person- MINDBLOWING. Renee uses ethically sourced and high quality hair extensions- which is so rare and amazing. She was also very gentle with my hair and regularly checked in to see if I needed breaks. This was only my 2nd time getting my hair done professionally, and Renee was so accommodating and kind to me. Her energy is so positive and made me feel very comfortable. THANK YOU!!❤️

After being abandoned by my last loctician, I made my first appointment with Renée!! I am so glad I did...she did a complete overhaul and with a couple simple questions, knew exactly what I wanted...she made the 4hr drive so worth it!! I felt at ease from jump and now? I contacted Renee after a lot of research about Lox’s. After having a zoom meeting I knew she was the one to make my dreams come true. I currently have cancer and underwent chemo and lost all my long hair. It has taken a year and a half just to grow my hair to almost touching my neck. She matched my hair color perfect and the hair she selected was beautiful. It was about an 8 hour process, but went by so fast because she was such a beautiful soul. I cried all through the process because I was so happy. Unless you have been through chemo you can’t understand how it makes you feel when you lose your hair. This is the first time in almost two years that I have felt complete and actually beautiful and that is saying so much. Renee’s work is beautiful and she cares so much. Would give her 10 stars if I could.

Renee is a master of her craft and incredibly nice and professional! If you need locs done she is the one to call! My experience was a 10/10!!
