Wow was this place amazing!! Heather did my hair and it needed a lot of love, she absolutely KILLED it! She listened to me and gave me such a gorgeous color and fixed my cut, made my hair so much lighter and more flattering for my face. The staff were awesome seriously so welcoming and informative! Literally my favorite salon in Colorado! Booked and already can’t wait to come back 😊

I've been getting my haircut here for about 12 years. Everyone on staff, including the front desk, have always been nothing short of the professional and friendly in my all of my dealings. At this point the same stylist Heather, has been cutting my hair for close to a decade. She always keeps me looking my best for important business travel, special occasions and and international travel with my wife. Over that time period, of course I've had many cancellations and rescheduling's, and they have always communicated thoroughly and effectively, and gone above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible. I can't imagine not seeing all the friendly faces there and the receiving expert and friendly services they provide. I appreciate everything that all of you do there! Thank you!!!

They did a wonderful job cutting both of my daughter‘s hair. They were so kind and we were able to get both of them cut at the same time even though we had initially scheduled appointments back to back. They also gave us phone chargers since we are without power right now. Highly recommend recommends!

Went in as a first time client after being referred by my usual stylist for a maintenance haircut and I was shocked at the mean girl atmosphere. I was quoted $65 for a haircut with Jenna and was so excited for this because I haven’t had the money to get my hair done since march so this was a bit of a treat to myself for the holidays. Jenna was immediately rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience by being there I’ve truly never experienced anything like this in a salon. Jenna did a 60 second (I wish I was joking) "consultation" with me before she pulled out a set of men’s clippers and used those to cut half of my hair and then tell me that she really had no idea what to do with my hair because it’s so damaged and asked if I just wanted to cut it OFF, I said NO, and then she told me we need to shampoo and blow dry before we cut anymore. This was honestly really shocking to just have my only half hair cut off without having any sort of plan and when I asked her if we could talk more about what she planned to do she acted really annoyed and essentially shut me down. She then shampooed my hair and proceeded to blow dry my hair literally like I was a mannequin at hair school. No clips no partings just blowing my hair strait into my face for literally 30 minutes. By this point I was in tears and told her that this experience really meant a lot because it’s been so long since having my hair done and asked if she felt confident doing this she said that she’s been doing hair for over 30 years and she didn’t have to cut my hair if I didn’t want her to which honestly was shocking because it seemed like her first day out of hair school and also wasn’t very reassuring that she could be polite and finish the service. I asked her to just fix what she had already cut and make it even. They let me leave after that and didn’t charge me but Jenna switched her attitude as soon as I got out of the chair and was suddenly trying to play nice after being so rude and bringing me to tears. Honestly such an awful experience even the girls at the front desk were rude when I was leaving acting like I tried to come for a free haircut when that was obviously not my intention. The whole experience honestly just hurt my feelings and made me sad when I walked in I was so excited to be there and so excited for my service and it was all just ruined. Good luck to Jenna and the 30 years of clients that suffered in her chair.

Kimberly is AMAZING! She has years of experience, is a color expert, and always gives me a great cut. I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks every time.

I had an appointment yesterday at 9am that had already been rescheduled from the week before because the stylist (I’ll leave her name out) was sick. Unfortunately, the stylist was a no-show this time. I waited about 20 minutes, during which the receptionist attempted to reach her by phone and text with no response. Although I was offered another stylist, I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding after the experience. What was most disappointing is that I rearranged my work schedule for this rescheduled appointment, yet there was no communication or follow-up from the stylist later in the day. Any good professional would have reached out directly to acknowledge the situation. Despite living only a few blocks away, my family and I will be heading elsewhere going forward.

First time coming in, Izzy did a great job with my cut & highlight. She listened to what I needed for my cut and layered my fine hair beautifully! She took the time needed to make the color match what we discussed and paid close attention to the details. Very happy with the price & outcome of my services today. Looking forward to my next appointment.
