This was the most expensive haircut I've ever paid for. There is no category in their bookings for just a haircut, their prices start at $120 for haircut+style. I figured this time why not treat myself to the professional salon experience. It must be priced that for a reason… but in the end it wasn't worth it for me. The actual haircut was rushed and the shortest part of my visit. Although I initially left feeling good about my haircut, mainly because they styled it nice, my mistake was not bringing my glasses so I could get a better look before leaving the salon. I am disappointed it does not resemble the reference I showed them. The layers are so heavy towards the end, it's more of a blunt cut than layered and my curtain bangs are way too short and do not connect to the rest of the length. I don't know if she had trouble because of how much hair i have but i expected a lot more sectioning when she was cutting. I believe they do great work with hair coloring but haircutting may not be their strength.

I love going here. Everybody is very friendly and they all do a great job when it comes to make their customers happy. Especially my personal favorite Andrea. Love the work done to my hair. Black color extraction to blonde. This is the result on my second appointment.

LHS is always a great experience. Melissa does a great job with my color. She knows I want to embrace my grey and makes sure my look is fresh and natural.

First visit. I was grateful that they fit me in same day for a haircut after another salon cancelled on me. Cristiano did an excellent cut on my curly/frizzy hair. I am very happy. Beautiful salon with very friendly people.

I got my hair done by Sandra and I'm in love with her work. She is wonderful and did an impeccable job. My hair looks beautiful! Amazing service.

Patty is awesome! Both times I've been to her, I've gone in not knowing what I wanted done, & each time she's made me feel like she did exactly what I wanted! Great availability, they take their time, but don't keep you there for hours. I've also gotten my makeup done by Diana & a gentleman (didn't catch his name) did my hair (5 mini-cornrows on the side with the rest done in curls). Very happy every time I leave. Definitely my forever salon!

I'd recommend going elsewhere. They assure customers on the phone that a haircut will be between 55 and 65 dollars when in reality they are 95 DOLLARS!!! They are very greedy, deceitful, and pretty rude. When called to schedule an appointment the girl on the phone said it would be $55 for a standard haircut with no styling and hair washing and $65 for a haircut with styling and hair washing. We told her many times we wanted the basic haircut and she assured us it would be $55. When we got there the owner(Patty) didn't even ask us if we wanted hair washing or styling, she just did it, which we did not want because our hair was already wet from a morning shower. We refused any styling and they said blow drying was not styling so we only had it dried. When the haircut was over they told us it was 95 DOLLARS for each, 190 TOTAL, and when we asked Patty about the abrupt change in price she said it was because our hair was long??? Which doesn't make any sense because my mom got a trim of about an inch and I got a shorter haircut, so how is a trim and a larger haircut both worth 95 dollars? Wouldn't the trim at least be a little cheaper? Then when cutting my mom's hair, Patty tells her that she's losing a lot of hair when my mom did not even bring that up first nor ask her for her input/advice. That was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL because... 1. She doesn't know us. 2. You don't know if a client has an illness that is causing the hair loss. 3. You don't know if the client is taking a medication that is causing the hair loss. 4. You don't know if that is something the client is insecure about. 5. You should not bring that up unless the client initiates the conversation WHICH MY MOM DID NOT DO!! Overall, it was a really bad experience. I can assure you you'll find a better salon with people who enjoy cutting hair and aren't just money hungry and inconsiderate of their clients potential insecurities that they have no control over.
